He stiffed me on a $545 hotel bill by running a chargeback three months later. He was supposed to be paying for his associate, Jose Carrano, and the Hard rock Mining Company. I will be filing charges and plan to include Mr. Heck in the complaint. Dont trust. Theres not even a working phone number.
