It has made my job harder .There is litle direction on how to get a dms 618 through eq health to get approved for a Pa to us who work in providing personal care it is a nightmare. If i could rate them a zero i would. I have headaches trying ro get a pa cleared i am on the phone and email daily trying to get things done appropriately to get the Pa but there is little direction on how to acomplish the task.I truley believe they are hired by the government to prevent payment to the providers something needs to be done
Wonderful company that really helps people. However, recent changes have caused the company to lose a lot of money. They laid off a lot of people and I doubt it did anything to help their situation to continue to grow. I am unsure of the new CEOs ability.
I work for a medical provider. EQ Health has terrible customer service. Their customer service representatives are information only and cannot communicate with other departments. When you have an issue you are required to send an email and a response to an email is about 24 hours.Also, the web portal for pre authorizations is poorly designed and looks to be 25 years old.Awful experience.
