E-check in was flawless, they found my orders quickly, and I was called quickly, maybe 5 minutes. The technician that drew my blood was the best Ive ever had. She spent enough time to find a good vein and took the samples efficiently.Give this location a shot, the old reviews must be outdated.
The lady at the front desk told me that they would mail me my statement and let me know before they were going to charge my debit card. I never got anything on the mail. They just took the money whenever they wanted to. Also they charged me for the same labs twice!! One payment went through that day and the other one is still pending on my account and holding my money for the next two weeks! I called and they are no help. I will definitely be going to another lab next time that doesn’t play games with my money!
2 weeks in a row, went to be tested but was told that the orders were not there. Then they provided results for tests that I did not take. Filed complaint with corporate. I have been a customer for more than 3 years and have tolerated slow service and nasty attitudes. New year, no more for me. Will never go again.
The woman who politely checked me in also expertly drew my blood, which was strange I admit, but I have no complaints. In and out in no time... maybe 20 minutes? They have handled covid-19 well and I am glad I took a chance based on the outdated reviews.
Ive been using LabCorp for about 6 years, the first 2 or 3 times at the Summa location. Using that location was awful. They were too slow, and they had trouble finding my order and would require me to call my doctor to fax my order. The staff at Summa was very unprofessional, and always left me feeling uncared for.I began using the Industriplex Blvd location after the first few experiences at Summa. Industriplex is MUCH better. They always have my orders, and they are efficient and courteous. I recently needed to get labwork done, and I needed to walk. Because Summa was SO BAD, I chose to walk the EIGHT MILES to Industriplex, rather than the 3.5 or 4 miles to Summa.I would advise anyone who wanted to use LabCorp, to go to Industriplex.
My experience the staff is very polite and reliable workers never had a bad experience
This clinic closes at 3 pm. I have arrived several times at 245, 250, and 255 and the clinic was closed. I have peeped through the door window and saw workers laughing and not attempting to see who it is. I just needed to drop off labs. It is extremely frustrating. There is always at least one other person attempting to drop something off during those times.
I’ll admit I was a little worried about going here after I’d read the reviews but it was fine. Got there around 8ish and was greeted immediately by the receptionist and was done and sent on my way after 10 mins. The phlebotomist was quick and efficient, I hardly felt a thing! Definitely recommend going there early in the morning when there’s less people.
They need more workers because they move slow. Don’t even bother making an appointment because you’re still going to have to wait for an extended period.
They are quite rude and do treat you like a number and not a person. The wait time I found was acceptable but their customer service relations needs much improvement
Why do I have to wait a whole hour if i use the bathroom and dont get enough urine? Why do you need almost 30 ccs for a drug screen?
I went in to have labs drawn for one doctor but Lab Corps drew labs for another doctor and charged my insurance. My insurance did not pay for the labs. I had to pay out of pocket for Lab Corps error. I talked to the manager and customer service at Lab Corps, and neither helped me. Make sure that you have the correct lab work done if you go to Lab Corps to have labs drawn. Even if they are wrong and draw labs for the wrong orders, you will be charged.Edited to add:You will check yourself in at a self check in kiosk. Im not sure why reception is there when it is now the patients job to scan their own drivers license, scan their own insurance card, and check themselves in at a kiosk.
I have been waiting over a week for a simple panel urine drug test. It literally is holding me up from getting my job.
Walked in the door, 8 mins later I was back in my car. Blood and urine done. Fast and efficient crew.
Were very quick and responsive. Didnt have the bad service that everyone else had at this location.
Most of these reviews are outdated; the staff was friendly, the location is nicer than a lot of labcorps Ive been to, and I got out in 10 minutes. Very impressed.
Wait time was not long. Did not make an appt just walked in. Everyone was helpful and nice!
Very rude people and inexperienced staff. One of the most painful experiences of my life.
Very rude people not polite service bad
Avoid this place at all costs! I think the women at front counter were playing a game to see how many people they could anger! Talking/playing on their cellphones. Wait time is so bad with no one in there I had to leave and I wasn’t alone!
Horrible! Very unprofessional. Eating at front desk wait time is longer than 20 mins. Never use the location on Suma.
Having a 45 plus minute wait time for bloodwork is absolutely insane.
Measurements were not accurate. I was actually arguing with them over my height. Apparently I am 5 shorter than I was last week..
This place is annoying as I do not know what. Their service is never good but today is the worst that I have ever seen. I am horribly sick and had to wait 20 minutes before she even looked at my orders. They have bad attitudes and work extremely slow.
They are incredibly rude and lazy. If at all possible go anywhere else.
They are extremely slow
They are rude.
