Got a referral about how they might help me and I dropped in and chatted with the owner. I needed a suspension upgrade for my Sprinter 3500 RV to handle some of our adventures doing wildlife photography. I wanted a specific package installed that I had heard about that included specifically tuned struts, springs and shocks for our specific vehicle and usage profile. CSC said sure and we got it done-professionally, quickly and at a fair price. I don’t write many reviews but when I see a business that is exemplary in their service, I felt worthwhile to share

I went here to remove the tint off the windows of my car and apply legal tint on my windows. It was a slow process - I waited for about 40 minutes. However, the people there were very knowledgable and helpful. It was also a nice clean shop with a lot of equipments for your truck.

Dropped my truck off for an alignment, called me and tried to tell me that the upper and lower ball joints, drag bar, and tie rod ends were bad and would be $900 for parts plus 6 hours labor, the parts only cost about $450 in total with lifetime warranties from the parts house. No work was done and was still charged for an alignment that was not preformed. Never again.

A little over a year ago I paid $300+ on 18% carbon tent. When I went to get my inspection sticker, they put a tint reader on it. It came out to be 32% I feel cheated and lied to. Just wanted to get that out there

I worked with Chris yesterday to get a new set of rims for my truck after very recently cracking a rim. Not only was Chris extremely knowledgeable and helpful about every one of the products this shop carries, he worked with me through a wheel warranty process and got everything approved and in transit within a matter of one hour, where no other shop I visited wanted to even work with it!! From the moment I walked through the door, I received excellent customer service to the moment I walked back out the door. Chris worked with me to pick out the exact rims I wanted and made everything a complete breeze for me. I would highly recommend this shop if you are considering any aftermarket additions to your vehicle. You will not be disappointed!

Called to purchase amp research running boards, was told they were busy to, someone would call me back. I called 2 hours later to get the same response and then another 2 hours after that, still no one to help me, the girl who answers the phone just keeps passing you to someone and Adam obviously is too busy to help or call people, took my business somewhere else.

Just had tint and a bed liner done at CSC. Tint was flawless and the Berliner was even and with crisp clean edges and no overspray. Super impressed with the facility. The ability to watch your vehicle be worked on is great. Chris the owner gives a damn and that’s hard to find in this industry.

First time coming here and I received amazing customer service and advice on tinting my windows. This was my first time having windows tinted on a car and everybody was very friendly and helpful. When you walk in they make you feel like you’ve all known each other forever. Great environment, They even brought me outside to see the same level of tint I was gonna get on my car, on another vehicle so that I could see exactly how dark it would be before they did it. Gave me probably the best deal you can find in BR on ceramic tint. Also had 340 in cash and my total was 346 and they said to just give them the 340 and that would be okay, on top of the huge deal they already had given me. Very grateful for that!! Most definitely will be coming back to get my sisters windows tinted and will recommend CSC to anybody needing something done to their vehicle. Thank y’all so much!!!

The shop accidentally put the wrong tint level on the rear windows and told me later that this was because they did not want my car to look bad. (Rear windows darker than front, basically.)I fell for this at first, then realized that if they thought my car would look better a different way, why didnt they call me to check before changing it?Basically, they just overrode my order and did not tell me until I arrived to pick it up.Its not that the windows look bad, but to try to say they decided what I should have without checking in with me is obnoxious.Furthermore, they left a bunch of parts to my car in the floor of the backseat. They just forgot to put the door back together again!This presented a problem in that I had to take off of work yet again to come bring the car back for them to put it back together.I would have hoped theyd offer to come to me to do it (I live really close to their shop), or something.The shop manager (John?) basically said to me that this stuff happens, and for me to just deal with it.If they do work on your car, CHECK YOUR CAR THOROUGHLY before you go. They really dont care if the job is sloppy and dont care a whit about how it inconveniences you as their customer.

I’m not gonna say everyone there is uneducated about what they are doing but the little guy in the front surely is. Very unhelpful and acted like he didn’t want to be there or do his job. Very slow and also left tons of bubbles in my fathers tint. Off to alpha customs we go. I see a lot of potential there maybe just hired some of the wrong people.

The staff here is very helpful and efficient. I called other places for tint quotes, but Chris and his crew went the extra mile to explain the differences in products. His guys were ready when I arrived for my appointment and finished in the time promised. Clean waiting area with food, coffee, drinks, and restrooms. I witnessed other customer interaction while waiting and the service was consistent.

I have taken my wifes Jeep to 4 different shops to try and fix the death wobble. CSC was able to diagnose and fix the problem. She now is able to drive it without panicking when she hits a bump. So when I get my new truck they will get my business for the upgrades I will want done.

I went to CSC after getting poor tint done on my windshield (the “brow”) at another shop. CSC took me in kinda last minute and made sure I was happy with where they put it and how it looked before they made it permanent. VERY good customer service and gave me a VERY good deal on the work. I will be returning and referring people here.

Got my windows tinted here because they carry the GeoShield tints. Very happy with the work and customer service. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.

I needed my daughters windows tinted as dark as legally allowed (40/20/12). I explained it was for my grandson. He is very sensitive to sunlight. I paid $mi205 for 50/30/20. I asked why werent they dark. I as told they needed to cure. I was told the factory tint would make them almost not legal. The car did not have any tint. Even at night, you can see in the car. I have to get the baby extra tint just for his side. I am not satisfied at all. Wasted money.UPDATE:Chris (the owner) contacted me directly. I explained to him the situation, within two days, her car was up there and taken care of. My grandson loves his car seat now. He doesnt cry because of the sun. He sleeps. I am beyond thankful for this. Chris and CSC are great.I highly recommend them.Sidenote** my daughter loves showing off car now. She thinks it looks so cool.

I needed to install after market running boards on my car, and I was nervous of how they would look. Chris assured me that they would look great, and he was right! They were very professional and courteous. Also, they first quoted me the all black ones, and I changed my mind to get the chrome and black. He forgot to tell me there was a price increase for the chrome, so he wouldnt allow me to pay the difference. He said the price he quoted was the price I should pay, and that he always honors his quotes, even if he makes a mistake. They are not only excellent at what they do, they are honest to a fault. I will tell all my friends about this company!

Well... Bringing my car back for the 3rd time 😥 dealership paid for my tint and they use CSC so went and sat for hours and they brought my car around and bubbles EVERYWHERE! They said it was impure air due to spray on bedliners they do in the same building. Ok sure I thought, so I brought it back now my tints a little better but the tint is peeling off the passenger side and bubbling up on the back glass, man talk about inconvenient to drive across town and wait for hours for this. The reason I didnt give one star is they seem like nice guys and wanna help but there really running up my fuel cost bringing my car back over and over.
