Sydney was amazing. A little back story on why:Traveling from Houston to Tampa in my 2011 Sienna. Bad traffic on 12 so took a detour to end up on this road. All of a sudden loud BAM! Passenger side sliding door window exploded! A near by landscaping companys lawnmower threw a rock right through it! This was about 4:45, so I was looking everywhere to find a replacement, or at least a wrapping to cover the window, last minute. Unable to do so I reached out to the collision center and spoke with Sydney. Didnt call Toyota first since I know dealerships work better when an appointment is made, I asked her if I could take it to the shop to get vacuumed and covered since we were going to continue our drive. Without hesitation she said YES. When the shop is about to close and the worker still take care of the guest (cant say customer YET) to ensure they are good in the road, thats customer service. Other replaces wouldnt wrap the window to make sure rain didnt come through. Sydney made it happen and with a smile on her face. From my family to you Sydney: THANK YOU A MILLION TIMES OVER!

Very professional and detailed explanation about what needs to be fixed. You dont get the feeling like theyre just out to get your money like other shops. The waiting area is comfortable and clean.Edit: scheduling an appointment is a headache. Always busy, no call-backs.

Made appt for service, did it all, but for the primary issue of a tire pressure sensor, it was not installed properly and later leaked all the air out. Make you concerned for the quality of the other service items. So far, no additional problems.

Ive been dealing with All-Star Toyota for almost a year and every department has been amazing to work with. Very professional, courteous and welcoming. I feel like when I bought my truck, I gained another family. Shout out to Van and Lisa, in the rental department for going above and beyond to make my experience what it has been.

All Star Service at All Start Toyota-Corner of Airline & Goodwood. Great atmosphere and accommodations to customers. My appointment was at 8a. Got there about 10 mins early. Didnt have to wait. They were so accommodating, I was offered the Courtesy Service which I declined when Kelly offered the Toyota Tech Cafe. Just perfect for a teacher working on the last day of Spring Break. Anywho, whenever, I decide to get a car newer than my 2007, I will definitely be going back to All Star to see Nate. Thats if he hasnt retired by then.

Michael Beck, Service Advisor had such a pleasant personality and a smile in his voice (even with the mask on) when I pulled up at 5 minutes before closing time. He helped me with my request and guaranteed me all will be okay.
