The Kia waiting area was clean and air conditioned food and drinks was there for people to have while they waited in the waiting area. A TV and music was there. The people that worked at All Star Kia were nice too

Went in for recall and 21 pt inspection. Took care of recall that day when thought would be 2 week wait. All personnel were so nice. Loved the no pressure when service suggestions made. Awesome experience!

Despite, issues with the Kia corporate website and the inability to contact the dealership adequately, the dealership staff did their dead level best to make us happy and be fair. The Kia phone service snd website sucks. They need an online service scheduling app( not the dealership’s fault) . The website pricing and time estimate for the service was totally off base, but the service writer, manager and technician were wonderful!

Have always been treated very well. Everyone is always friendly and helpful. Nice comfy chairs with big screen TV. Place is kept clean and fresh, ladies room is very nice. Service is done I’m a timely manner.

I had recall service that had to be completed as well as a customer satisfaction initiative. I made an appointment and my vehicle was taken care of and completed sooner than I was told... how often does that happen? The service rep stayed in touch with me all the way through. I had to have a windshield replaced under the initiative and while they did not do the service themselves, they set it all up and communicated with me to have the service completed at my convenience at my work and followed up to see that it was done satisfactorily. Overall service and communication was perfect from beginning to end.

I’ve had a rattle somewhere under my steering wheel near the fuse box for about 6 months and the service Dept previously tried to locate it but were unsuccessful. The metallic noise has been driving me crazy. This time I recorded the noise and the team found it!!!! The young tech found a loosened screw and bolt that was shaking. I am so relieved, especially since I drove to California the next day. I am very pleased with my service team!!

I made an appointment for an oil change, 2 recalls on my vehicle, tire rotation and sun roof issue. Due to the ice storm, unfortunately their computer system was down and they couldn’t complete the recalls. But they took care of everything else in a timely manner and were extremely helpful & professional! Patrick was the name of the service person I worked with and he was awesome!!I wi be making another appointment to bring my car back for the recalls.

The service employees are not only very courteous and professional, they went out of their way to resolve an issue I was having with my remote start key fob and showed me how to operate it. Plus discounted my service! I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

Great experience - when I came to pick up my car they had washed the outside and cleaned the inside - I don’t know how they got the dog hair off of my back seat!! Unfortunately they didn’t find anything wrong with my headlight, which still goes out and comes back on randomly, so I’ll have to take another trip. None of the check out people were wearing masks so that also made me uncomfortable. Definitely returning here!

Employees was very professional. The manager adjusted the schedule to have my vehicle fit in due to miscommunication. Repairs was fixed in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend for any services or repairs ! Thanks you guys

I made an appointment drop my car off to have my oil changed. Mary checked me in and called me about 30 minutes later to let me know they were servicing my vehicle. After about an hour I received a message that my car was ready. They also washed and vacuumed it for me! Very professional and timely.

New battery installed. After the parts dept. received the new battery then contacted be it had arrived I drove over for the install. Not having an appointment I was offered that I would be worked in. As promised I was and the install completed quite quickly and wit no lose of presets.

Mary in the service department was great. Went above and beyond filing the claim to get my key fob ordered, paid for by my extended warranty company, and programmed fast. She even squeezed me in on top of their busy schedule due to my limited availability to come in to the dealership. 10/10.

This Kia took me in after a blow out on the atchafalya basin basin Bridge. Horrible Bridge. I sat there for 4 1/2 hrs,and they took me in. Very understanding. They went above and beyond to accommodate me and my Lab. Very great experience. They checked more than my tire to make sure I would be safe on my travels.

Story time: I woke up early to be a good employee and be early on time. I got up listened to my favorite Playlist on spotify as I got brushed my teeth, used my water flosser, got dressed, and gave myself a morning pep talk. I shuffled down the stairs to the garage and noticed my tire was low. (Insert dramatic music). Well I was upset but fast forwarding to me putting air and pulling up to the dealership. They were able to fit me in where I was able to make it to work in time. They offered many services, such as delicious beverages (even though it wasnt mimosas) but coffee did the trick. They offered me a ride and to even deliver the vehicle to me. I almost took that offer but they werent long with the repair so I didnt need it. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Mary And Patrick were absolutely perfect. They were a combination of Fergie and Jesus.This time Patrick was amazing. He got my car in, got me in a loaner until the repair was finished. He kept in communication with me and my vehicle was returned to me in a timely fashion. No issues but i feel like Im working with family when working with them
