I decided to change insurance providers a few weeks ago due to finding less expensive coverage.I called and spoke with Lauren to cancel the policy days before my next months payment was to draft but I found out days later that the payment had indeed drafted my account. This put me and my family in an unexpected bind and the only compensation that they could offer was an apology and hopes that a check would arrive via the mail before the year ended. I found this to be totally unacceptable because this was totally their fault.
