This woman is absolutely amazing! Disclaimer: I am not an Allstate customer. I never met Mrs Debbie before today. I am a clinical worker at hospital in Baton Rouge Louisiana. Today I witness one of the most heartfelt and amazing acts of kindness in my life time. One of Mrs Debbie’s long time clients is a patients at our facility. The client is an elderly lady who was quite fatigued when I found her stranded in the middle of the road. The lady (whom we will refer too as Ms S.) had broken down on the main road outside of our facility. Frantic and disoriented she handed us her Allstate policy.. Though Ms S held an active policy she didn’t have roadside assistance. Despite this Mrs. Debbie was admittedly worked with us, trying to get help to Ms S. when all options were exhausted Mrs Debbie showed up herself to aid Ms S and ensure she made it home safely. The amount of compassion concern and general care she has for her client is Unmatched. I don’t know anyone who would have gone to those lengths.. But I can promise u “You are in Hands” with Mrs Debbie!
