Dont use this Insurance company. I asked the young lady who wrote my policy for FULL COVERAGE for a 2017 Chevy Cruze. She gave the minimum covage. No medical cover and no rental. I am not getting what is needed from the claims adjusters to send to my Gap Claim. I am getting a run around. Horrible service. Unbelievable.

I had to call this store 4 different times in 10 mins . I called to pay my auto insurance . The first time I called a lady hung up in my face just because I was asking her a question & she couldnt answer it . She didnt even say her name . She was very rude and unprofessional !! The last 3 times I called they would just pick up the phone and not say anything . I might just change my insurance for the next renewal . That was horrible !
