My insurance on my home is too high. Baton Rouge insurance company got my home insurance for my lender. My insurance is $3000 per year when it should be less than $900 per year. They said they get quotes through only 5 companies and a few of them don’t service Hammond area. So why didn’t they find other insurance companies that do service Hammond?? Instead they stuck me with most expensive insurance. Now I’m doing their job. They must be lazy and don’t care about their clients.

During the flood of 2016 we were all affected in a big way but we could not have made it without a great knowledgeable company that stood beside us every step of the way in this catastrophic event. Never had to file a claim until recently for roof damage and was worried it may be a hassle. Turned out it was not. Used the online claim tool to start the process and was in touch with my Safeco rep within a day or two to set up a site visit for inspection. The claims specialist, Ken, was great to work with and I had my first check only days after making the initial claim online. Overall, I dont think the process could have gone more smoothly.
