They are very nice and I have had a very good experience.

We setup State Farm’s through the call center and transferred us to him as our local agent. Never received a thank for the business. When the team did reach out it was to let us know that a portion of our insurance was being dropped. With no help or guidance, we were left trying to find new coverage. The only time the team did reach out was to sell us on another type of insurance. This local agency is a poor example of the quality I came to know from State Farm and for that we have dropped them all together.We are so disappointed with the service and the lack of communication.

WARNING: NOT TO BE TRUSTED! DO NOT GO TO THEM! If I could give them negative marks I would. Brian Meaux HUNG UP ON ME because he said that I was not understanding the agents point of view (their point of view being that my parents signed up for extra insurance that my parents did not and would not sign up for) and since I was not trying to understand his point, there is no reason for him to continue the conversation. Really?? He didnt even try to hear our side of the situation stating that a mistake of perhaps miscommunication had been made. This agency increased my parents premium and the Brian Meaux and Debbie from the Baton Rouge, Louisiana office refused to acknowledge my parents stating they didnt sign up for such a change in policy. No information was provided as to why the insurance rose $2000 from 2014 to 2016 for home insurance. NOTHING WAS SIGNED! Both Brian and Debbie insisted that because the change in deductible % was documented as verbal consent in the computers that my parents said yes. How convenient for Brian Meaux to make money preying off loyal customers by writing in their documentation notes that clients signed up for policies that were never signed up for. They refused to credit back the amount that was overpaid because (TIL THE END) he insisted that my parents signed up for it. Meauxs words, Why would I pay them money if they signed up for it. HOW CONVENIENTLY CROOKS WORK IN THIS DAY AND AGE.
