You cant get the local employees on the phone. When you get the national office they tell you that they will have someone local call you but it did not happen. They came out and did an inspection because we were selling the house and told me they would send it to the title company the next day. It took over 3 weeks and numerous phone calls for them to send it.

Liked our tech but had to call him out on an added service which if free as we had spiders and centipedes. Then Terminex had the ordasity to charge me a month early. Not honoring their 100% guarantee. Would not recommend them to anyone.

The Terminix techs are always punctual and very friendly and knowledgeable. Their service definitely helps out with all the bugs we have in the south! Would definitely recommend.

We have had a couple of issues with Terminix recently.1) We have been customers for quite a while, but suddenly you took our names off your correspondence and sent it to valued customer instead. I am in the habit of just throwing envelopes addressed this way directly in the trash because they are usually advertisements. If we are valued customers, you should continue to address us by name.2) We had an appointment set up for February 25. Instead, the technician came on another day. He did call the day before and he did email that morning, however, we hadnt checked our our voicemail yet and we do not necessarily check email first thing in the morning. He had no response from us, but he still came and neither of us was at home. He left a voicemail after his visit and let us know he had let himself into our back yard with our six dogs. They are very friendly dogs and tend to rush the gate. He is VERY lucky none of them got out because they would have immediately scattered and then what would he have done? A tech should NEVER enter a customers back yard with their dogs if they are not at home.

This is about the visit on 10-25-19. This is the second time she has provided this service for us. First we received an email on a Monday notifying us of a Pest Control appointment. Emily followed up with a phone call to see if that worked for us and updated us again by phone on the scheduled day. She arrived up within the scheduled time frame. She is polite, informative and extremely knowledgeable about pest.

They went above and beyond. Very impressed!

Ive been with Terminix for several years and to this Day I have not had any problems with mice or ants or any other little creature entering my Home. They have done a great job inside and out and I would recommend them to anyone.Frank

All extermination services are pretty much the same regardless of which company is performing them. In the case of Terminix however, the associates consistently provide a far more pleasant experience. Our associate Rodney Garner has actually become a friend of the family due mainly to his courteous and thorough treatment of our home. Rodney is the primary reason we stay with Terminix.

Came out did have account issues but got it squared away and did great job and helped me when I needed it. Check out the terminix in Bono great people.

The customer support over the phone is alway friendly and very helpful and I very much enjoy the results. This house has swarmed with tiny tiny ants since before I was born; Im 35 now, you couldnt even set a soda can down for 10 minutes before it would be covered. I have them come spray every 3 months. No more ants, not even in the trash can!!

I have had problems with the national account people canceling my contract. I called my technician Kevin and he got it straightened out. I have had nothing but great service from Kevin, he explains everything he has done to me, and is very professional, thanks for the terrific service.

There was a little confusion in the beginning. However everything was sorted out between calling terminix, who was extremely helpful, and our terminix associate Rodney who was very polite, answered all our questions, and walked us through everything we were paying for. All in all, based on my first impression I would recommend terminix to anyone. They really make you feel like a valued client.
