Great company! Great people!Ive been a customer over a year now. I have the yard spray done as well as a quarterly in-home pest service. This year I added a termite treatment and termite contract as well. Ive gotten written estimates and accurate invoices from all the techs that I have worked with. Both Matthew and Eric are awesome guys and the ladies in the office are so friendly. They really treat you like family. I could not be happier with the service that theyve given me. The best part of it all is NO BUGS!!

Very professional, friendly and did a great job

Ive never written a review before, but I Googled Complete to get their phone number when I saw a negative review and I want to give my experience. I have used them since 2003 for termite and pest control. They offer better service than any pest company I have ever worked with. Theyve helped me with ladybugs, spiders, ants and all manner of bugs over the years. Most importantly, they have kept termites out of my house. The company I used before failed to do that and caused me a huge and expensive problem. Complete actually does inspect under the house. I love working with the good people at Complete Pest Control!

Spraying large property for ticks, fleas & chiggers.I was told last year by Eric that product is guaranteed to work for a year and would come re-spray for free should ticks, fleas or chiggers come back. Which they did honor last year when the chiggers came back. Charge....$120This year spent $286 spraying and when the chiggers came back after 3 months, we were then told product only guaranteed for 30 DAYS and I made up the 1 year part and we had to pay for a respray......hmmmmmm, I guess I dreamed up the part where they actually re-sprayed the small infected section last year for free as well. Also, Eric the guy who sprays says he didnt spray our entire property this year as quoted as it would have cost the company money and $286 was too cheap for 3 acres. He didnt tell us this at the time of spraying, only mentioned it because he was frustrated that he had to come out 3 months later for a respray. Also, the $120 jumped last year to $286 because we added 3/4 acre (which wasnt sprayed).I dont know about you but a guarantee is a guarantee and your word is your word......$286 is a lot of money for me and I expected this company to honor their word and not hide the fact that they didnt spray the entire property for which we paid for.Watch them spray if you are using them........they dont finish the job.Get a guarantee in writing...........they dont keep their word.Get a quote upfront....................they change their price.

Very friendly service with well mannered individuals who call if gonna be running late or have an earlier time and ask if im okay with them coming earlier...have had them spray our yard house and set bait under house and done amazing...always pleased with the outcome of good work and thorough spraying of home and yard...always explains their prices and what it cost to for each spray...always willing to work around our unexpected emergencies with our family...i would recommend them over anyone else and are always willing to do anything to help meet our needs...the ladies in the front office are always always smiling asking questions and friendly to help answer any questions i maybe concerned about...the guys are always on time nice friendly and willing to go beyound their jobs to make sure im happy with the work they do...all you have to do is call these great people and if something didnt go as planned they are always willing to meet those needs again...i have never had a problem but these people and company have always meet the needs of our family to accomadate our emergencies and are always willing to help in any way possible...i wouldnt trade this company for any other company...thank you to Glenn as well friendly guy went above and beyond what the job entitled proud to have this company gives us a hand with our meet needs!
