Brian and his crew were clear, honest, and professional in evaluating the problem, describing options, and then effectively correcting the issue. I was impressed by their expertise. We are very appreciative of getting our water and sewage back so quickly and efficiently.

We have used Black Gold for a few years for pump outs and this December had an emergency blockage issue. They arrived at our house quickly and got the problem solved. Great customer service, I would definitely recommend them.

I had an emergency where my pipes were blocked and I needed a drain ASAP. I was lucky enough to call at 11:45 on a Saturday (15 mins before they closed) and they came right over! They were able to clear the blockage, jet the pipes, and drain the tank very quickly. They explained everything I asked to me and were a great help. No one else was willing to come to me for a couple days, and these guys did a fantastic job. I will be calling them again when my tank needs to be drained again.. Highly recommend!
