Horrible customer service. Needed a tow, my father in law was going to pay over the phone, was given a yes when I first called when I spoke with a sweet lady on the phone and when I called back was told No by the rude guy on the phone. They mentioned the first phone call that they were going home in 8 minutes so this was clearly just a lack of work ethic and laziness. Called another place and they helped us out for HALF THE COST this place quoted us. I’m all for customer service and kindness! Thank god there’s still decent people out there!

Not very comfortable looking. The waiting area was nothing but a dirty looking couch and I was afraid I was going to catch something from going into the bathroom, but they brought in a cute dog. On the other hand they get the job done. I just needed new tires put on my car, so it was nothing complex. Took about an hour and a half.

They are sketchy with cash transactions. Watch your back and keep a really close eye on money. They like falsely accusing.

Over charged the girl had no idea what she was doing trying to hook up my cemi asking her dad what to do she doesn’t have a CDL and she was driving the heavy their trucks look like they should be in a ugly truck contest. Not impressed do not suggest
