A few things here. 1. They told me they would be at my house at 12pm Thursday and tried to cancel my appointment at the last minute because they had a few tech’s to call in. I had to beg to get someone to come out because I’m selling my house and needed my carpet cleaned that day because we had a house showing the next day. They Finally arrived around 5:30pm in which I couldn’t get a nap before work waiting for them.2. Was not satisfied with the service. The carpet was cleaner than before but not near as clean as it should have been. Stanley Steamer had my carpets cleaned WAY Better! I think the issue is they don’t wet the carpet enough to get a good clean.3. The manager stood over me to basically MAKE me give them a 5 star rating. So this makes me believe the other 5 star ratings on here may have been forced and not genuine.I will be using stanley steamer from now on.

This company seemed trustworthy but I got ripped off! I needed carpets cleaned for pet urine odor (only 2 accidents total and I pointed out the exact spots) immediately after the 1st cleaning I could still smell the odor strongly but they said give it time to let the enzymes break up.Few days later the odor was still there so I call them they tell me don’t worry we will KEEP TREATING it until your satisfied “we have a guarantee” so they send someone out and SAME RESULTS. 2nd cleaning ODOR STILL PRESENT. I call and notify them and also ask to speak to the owner, they assured me they would get it taken care of and the owner would call me. HE DID NOT CALL.Finally a third guy comes out but there is still some odor days after. I called and say I need to speak with the owner, again he’s not available but they said we will send someone out to handle it.I get a call later that day from the owner but he tells me they can’t come out again since it’s been 14 days, you were given incorrect information.I DO NOT CARE FOR THE WAY ANTHONY THE MANAGER/OWNER ACTED. You can hear the arrogance in his voice!He told me to use peroxide and dawn dish soap and it would take care of it but that didn’t work.Ridiculous that a carpet cleaning company is telling a customer how to treat the problem themselves when I paid damn good money and they should have GOT THE JOB DONE!!!BAIT AND SWITCH(one of the guys that works there told me they get a percentage of what the job cost and I’m sure they got me for what they could)UNPROFESSIONALISMOwner only calls me to tell me they won’t come out again but wouldn’t contact me prior as requested)WORST $600 I ever spent!!!I called Daniel cleansHe gave me a FAIR price, anddid an extremely thorough job. I could of saved hundreds instead of getting ripped off.

Antoniyo was AMAZING! He was very accommodating and patient while we navigating getting our carpet cleaned and moving our items since we are relocating. I highly recommend this company if you need an affordable carpet cleaning and someone quick! Also, the carpet is basically dry upon cleaning, so no need for fans!

Defiantly would recommend this company! LT was very personal and friendly. Safe-Dry did a great job. They show up early and did the appraisals. everything was quick and to the point. they are honest. We got to talking a bit, he was in the Army so support our troop and company that support our Veterans!

I am very pleased with my experience. We woke up this morning with a sick puppy and needed immediate assistance. I left a voicemail and they were able to send someone out the same day. Our technician Terrance, was prompt, courteous, and very professional. He explained everything and answered all the questions I had. I’m still waiting on the carpet to dry but it appears to be free of stains and odors.
