Wow! This group of people were so Friendly and easy to deal with. First talking with Yo and setting up appointment was a breeze. They seem to care about my personal situation. The Knowledgeable carpet technician Marco called when on his way and arrived right on time. They protected our house and covered there faces with masks. Clean neat and timely. So very pleased (again) with the results of Custom Groups cleaning of my carpets. They managed to get out the spaghetti sauce and red wine stains in the dining room! The high traffic areas look like new. I always appreciate their promptness and professionalism.

My company has been working with them for years and there is a reason for this...they are amazing at what they do and reasonably priced! We have had carpets cleaned along with deodorizer for pets, patch work to replace carpet and hard surface cleans for cooking odors on the cabinets and counters. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE; Find another carpet cleaner. They didnt clean carpets well and when asked to they refused to help correct problem as if it were my fault the carpet was not clean. They left dirt behind and I honestly dont know if they even cleaned the carpet. Paid $60.00 for approx SIX feet of carpet. Not deep cleaning. Don’t waste your money. They do not stand by their work.

Best Carpet Cleaner around. Very professional and do a great job for a reasonable price. They give free estimates. Other companies give a low ball price and then show up with extra charges.
