Fast and they do walk ins!

They were so rude they only had 2 other people In there and they were only doing my nails and me and my grandmother were on a time crunch and we saw another person kinda hiding in the back and when me and my grandmother were trying to see if they could get us done at the same time the lady started the water on my feet and quickly grabbed my foot and started to work on it even though we said we werent going to be able to do this today and then on the way out the door they told us we had to pay 10 dollars for soaking my feet in the water if you have 3 hours to spare I suggest going there but otherwise I would avoid the place

I will absolutely be going back to foxy nails they were so polite and they did AMAZING. Definitely will make this the place I will go for now on!!

They are great. The reason they are busy is because they do a wonderful job. They always call me and right in order. I respect their time so would not expect them to take me thirty minutes before closing. They work every day / long days.

They do an excellent job

I always get great service here and they pay great attention to detail when doing my nails. They allow you to put your phone number down if theres a wait and walk around the mall which makes the wait less painful. Great acrylic and shellac service!

Walked in at 7:30 on a Saturday night, no one was waiting - 1 person getting a pedicure and 1 person getting a manicure. The guy very rudely told me they didnt have time to do my nails. They closed in an hour and a half. I guess they dont need or want business so I will be else in the future. Mean while, on the opposite end of the mall at a different nail salon - it was packed with people waiting and people getting their nails and toes done. I think that in itself speaks volumes.

Dont go anywhere else.. this is the best place.

Customer service will be the nail in the coffin for this nail salon. Do not recommend. You will be treated with more respect going to the other salon in the mall.

Did an absolutely amazing job on my girlfriends nails! had an extremely positive attitude and made my day! the kindness of the employees here are amazing and i definitely recommend this nail salon!

Ive decided to switch to Elite Nails after coming here for years. Their customer service has been and continues to decline with time. The work done on my nails was subpar at best, unfortunately. And they are kind of rude. It would benefit them to realize that we dont only want to go get our nails done, we also go for a pleasant, relaxing experience.

These guys do a wonderful job on my nails. I will not go to any else

My new favorite place to go

15 minute pedicure I just got a pedi where she soaked my feet a put and rubbed them with a hot towel and painted the nails, my feet are rougher than when I went in she then charged me $30.00 and they didnt even have dryers so my nails are smudged. Very upsetting. Now I am headed to go get an actual pedi/mani. A big disappointment

Every time i go there is always an hour wait and you cant make an appointment. If you have your name down first they do the person behind you bc they have been sitting outside when you leave to wait!! Never returning again

They refused to make an appointment for me. They told me to just walk in. So when I come in theres a 45 minute wait. THIS IS WHAT APPOINTMENTS ARE FOR.
