This was my 1st visit here. The place is clean and beautifully decorated. The staff is friendly but the nail quality was very poor.

Vinnie and his team are the absolute best. My daughters and I are ALWAYS well taken care of. Even when my work schedule is chaotic Vinnie works me in. I have gone to several locations in Bartlesville before trying Elite and now I won’t go anywhere else. The end result is always the best quality and there’s nothing better than first class customer care.

Very friendly staff. The shop was clean. Machines and all stations were sanitary. Masks and social distance was followed and it was a pleasant atmosphere. Prices were ok, slightly higher than expected. But was worth the quality or the work performed. I will go back when I visit town again.

We had an appointments but had to wait 45 min. My finger nail color was completely chipped off in less than 24 hours so I had to redo them for my event. I won’t go back.

I was so hesitant about going to a new place to get my nails done since I just moved to Bartlesville not too long ago. I unfortunately got a bad toe hangnail and had to get it taken care of. I heard great things about Elite nails from a friend. So happy I came there and got my nails done. Darcie made my nails look absolutely pink Barbie fierce and I love them! With my toenail I got a great pedicure and Vinny made me feel like he really cared and took care of it. As well he gave me great instructions on how to take care of it myself. Definitely coming again❤️

I didnt like the attitude of the staff person that greeted me at my arrival. He told me that I needed to go to a more affordable nail salon. This place of business was extremely over priced. I took his advice and went to a different salon and got a better deal without the terrible customer service. I will never go back to this place nor will I recommend it to anyone. Zero rating not recommended.

They did an OK job. Their card machine wasn’t working but they have an atm so I had to take out cash from there. Found it super annoying because now my bank is gonna charge me for taking out cash from an atm plus the fee from the atm as well. Everyone looked all annoyed, plus they seem really short staffed.

The quality of the nails werent impressive, BY FAR. They were far more expensive than we were initially told, and the procedure took hours for a simple full set. With how aggressive they were and how many times they had to refile, I ended up with at least 2 bloody fingers and 2 others where the skin was shaved down on the sides of my fingers-very sore after. Will Not be going back anytime soon, nor would I recommend the aggressive staff to anyone else who want their nails professionally done.

I’m here too say that I had two HUGE ingrown toenails and Vinny took care of them. I didn’t even tell him about them because I was supposed to go to my foot doctor and have them removed. He did both my nails and toes in less than two hours. I will never go anywhere else too get my toes or nails done. I’ve been coming too Vinny since I was a young lady. He’s definitely one of the best nail techs in the bizzy.

This is one of the top nail salons! I have been thru many salons living in tulsa and bartlesville and the quality here is superb! So many choice on polishes and colors for gel you might have a hard time deciding your color. But dont worry you can come back for a fill and get the other color(s) you liked! Made an appointment for 5:30 and waited an hour past the time. They told me different prices for the nails multiple times. I got dip nails not even a week ago and one of the whole nails came off and we paid $50. Won’t be back!

I can honestly say that Elite Nails deserve all five stars. Okay, I know bad of me but Im a person who I guess you can test quality of service. It was my moms first time getting acrylics nails, my lovely mom was a little nervous and I havent done my nails in a while. I decided to ask lots of questions and of course my mom is very indecisive of picking a color of nail polish. Made an appointment for 11:15 for me and my daughter. After waiting about 15-20 minutes they sit down with my daughter to do her nails, and a whole hour and 5 minutes after the time my appointment was they come to try and start my nails, unfortunately like I told them when I scheduled the appointment I needed to make sure it was within enough time for me to go to work. Pretty disappointed I wont have my nails.done for my vacation tomorrow but atleast my daughter got some I guess. Im pretty sure I wont be back.

Called Vinnie this morning about getting a few waves of people in to get their nails done for my sons wedding. They got us signed up and we got their at 11:20 and they were so efficient and professional and just wonderful with all our nails. They saw to my mother right away who needed to be seen first. Also, We had my 9 month old granddaughter with us and they let us bring in the pack n play and just made it a wonderful memorable experience for all of us. We do the second wave tomorrow! They never let me down I used to have a problem with my nails breaking after getting them done but since I’ve been coming to elite nails I have never broke a nail and I’m pretty rough on them at work.
