I work for the government and have been working from home half of the time. This is like Internet in Bulgaria or a third world country.It is out two or three times a week. Sundays it could be out all day.

Good service but does go out sometimes

I have been with Bardstown Cable TV and Internet for over 3 years. I have never had a problem with my service. They always have knowledgeable technicians both Customer Support and “Wire Runners.” I am no network guy but I’m pretty tech savvy. Most of the problems people run in to and give negative reviews is, in my opinion, much to do with equipment life-cycle on the user’s end. If you buy a $30.00 router from Wal-Mart or such, don’t blame the internet service provider when it fails after 3 months. Most people have no problems buying the newest cell phones but complain because their home internet is spotty when they have 2+ year old equipment. BCT&I, keep up the good work, most of us know you all are a bunch of hardworking, dedicated professionals!

Don’t rent a modem from them. If they update their modem and you turn one in for a new one you could get a bill for the returned modem two years later.

Good service, proffesional and courteous afterhours helpdesk, got my problem solved almost immediately

Have literally been with them for maybe 3 weeks, have already unplugged the modem 3 times already because internet drops almost everyday, and they’re only solution is to unplug and hope it works. What you pay for and what you get is in two totally different spectrums of the universe. I would have stuck with att internet if I knew it was going to be this bad

They are nice and take your money with a smile, and just remember its ok to quit cable

Way overpriced!!!! If you have problems with internet, dont expect them to fix it for a while, meantime your paying for services. Also if it storms, you wont have internet service.

Reasonably priced internet and cable with friendly workers

Only gave 1 star because they fixed the problem but left all their trash in my yard after doing the work. unprofessional. clean up after yourself
