John and Chris were our installers on our stand alone garage/mother-in-law suite. I stayed with them every step of the way, hope they didnt mind too much. I told them about our bad experience with installers in the past before they started our job. These two have a great working relationship with each other. They were VERY professional and didnt seem to mind all of the questions I asked through out the process, which there were many. I was EXTREMELY impressed and satisfied with the installation process that John and Chris did for us. I have already asked if we can have them back to do the installation of windows and doors on our house, when we save the money for that job.

Install team went above and beyond. It was pouring rain on the install date, but I didnt have any water come inside the house. The team was efficient and professional. They even fixed my deck door that was sticking and left me with additional water sealant. Excellent customer service.

My only recommendation would be to have the sales rep able to assess whether or not inside trim would be needed. In my particular case I was told it was not needed at first but then was faced with a pretty big trim bill after the second house inspection from RBA. It turned out fine but it was a little sticker shock.

The technician was quick and precise about getting the proper measurements for the door, and finally, the install team was great . The work performed was especially well done in a timely manner. We are very happy with this door and with its fit and construction.

I was left crying after my first and only appointment. I couldnt sit through a history lesson, product materials, how people are trained, and the list goes on. They measured, and I understand needing to know what I want but they ended up saying they might not be right for us and to call them when I, when you can listen. Im so upset and confused by the entire experience. Doesnt seem like they want our business so I will have to use someone else.

Everyone was respectful of our home. Explained everything going on. Pleasure to be around and left our home clean when they had finished, would have them back anytime. Best representatives of your company.

Burt did an awsome job on the installation! Scheduling was the only issue we had and like I said, during COVID it was not too unexpected.

The installers were very respectful of or needs and wants. They were very clear on what they were doing while they were installing the windows. When they were finished they cleaned up everywhere they were working. And the best part was the finished product. The windows are everything we expected and more. No more drafts and no more noises from the outside. I will highly recommend to all who needs windows installed. Thank you RBA.

The new windows and door replaced ones that were 40 years old. They are very energy efficient and draft- free. Love them.

We had 15 windows replaced in November by Renewal by Andersen of Greater Maine. We were very happy with the results. It did take some time for the windows to be ready, but given the pandemic, it was not unreasonable. The installers were great - very friendly, efficient, and COVID safe. They worked extremely hard and completed the project in less time than expected. There was a small problem with one window, which the installers reported. This was a ten minute fix and was completed within a week. Our house is certainly warmer right now, and I would not hesitate to recommend this company based on our experience.

After hearing how they have replied to customer feedback in less a professional manner, I will not be giving them any business. How you treat potential customers says a lot about your business!

I had 24 windows replaced. The gentlemen that did the replacement were not only professional but they cleaned up after themselves and had the entire job done in 3 days. My windows look amazing!! This may cost a bit more than others but it is totally worth it. My only advice is that I was told installation would begin in 6-8 wks. but it actually took 3 months. This may or may not be unusual and related to the whole Covid thing.

The experience ee had was excellent. The crew that put the windows in were incredible.

I was frustrated at the lack of customer contact to advise the status of my installation and winter was closing in rapidly. obviously, installation expertise is the backbone of the company and I am completely satisfied with the completed job. The two installers worked as a well trained team with efficiency, professionalism, and dedication to getting the job done.Installers Brad Levine and Nate Robichaud are valuable assets to the company. Praises to Renewal by Andersen for hiring the best.

Outstanding experience, far above our high expectations

Slider we ordered to forever to get here. Had to call customer support because of a problem. Again, took forever to get someone to call back. Appointment made for an inspection. It was determined one of the panels was warped. It took 4 weeks for a determination to be made. They ordered another panel which took another 6 weeks. Before that they want to shim the panel and I said no way. Paid over 5k I’m not having a bandaid job. So, they replaced the panel. Guess what? Same issue. The master carpenter came and just looking at it he sai it’s warped and left. It’s been 6 weeks and I’ve head nothing. Called and complained. They said someone would call right back, that was 3 weeks ago. I think it’s time to talk with my lawyer.

If I was ever to have windows or doors installed again I would certainly want Ernie & Jay to do the work, Vicki Kelley & Leigh Feeney

Terrible service. Windows leaked. No follow up of requested service. I can only hope the windows are a better quality than the service.Service doesn’t deserve 1 star.

The sales man Gary came to the house and was very informative. We learned a lot and got a $40,000 quote. I asked him to email me a copy of it. He said he would. After that, I spent a month calling to get my quote. Including the head office. I cant help but wonder why they didnt follow through with the quote. I did tell them I was most likely to go with them but because they didnt follow up with a simple quote, I cant help but wonder if they would do the same about getting things fixed, even with the warranty. Do they have any follow through?

Beat place to get windows

He was very patient even though he already had a customer that was already sold before he got here. Gets along well with cats and does not like cinnamon candy but I wont hold that against him. Had a great time.
