They have no communication. I called and got 3 different people and they each gave me completely different answers. And they had my address messed up when the sender had it correct. I had to keep up with them all day to make sure everything was right

Package moved timely from shipper to delivery. My low rating is because my package was delivered on a rainy day, that had several heavy rain instaces, and was left out in the elements instead of on my covered porch. My package was heavy and so wet that it fell apart when I tried to pick it up to bring in the house.

Fedex said they tried delivering today at around 1:30. The website said customer was unavailable. Will try next business day. First: we did not hear anyone knock, and my husband I are home. Had someone knocked on the door, our dog wouldve gone ballistic. Second: Next business day is Monday not Tuesday. So Im going to guess the package was delivered to the trailer next door again. Not the first time fedex has delivered to the wrong address. Nice try, fedex.

Bring your own tape. They waited until after I bought the tape and box to tell me my return label was invalid. A waste of time and money. Wish Puma didnt use them.

We had an issue with an order. The label was rubbed off or something causing it’s delay. We needed it for a timely repair. We called customer service and they not only found the package, but they got it to us over 750 miles away in a day when other fed ex employees said it wasn’t likely going to happen. But they made it happen!

I arrived with my box filled and a pre-paid label from the recepient on my phone. But they refused to print their own label so I could ship the box right then. They have the printer and the label is in their system but instead sent to the local library to print it.

I live in Levant and my driver is Jason. He is so appreciated by this household. We are seniors and have arthritis. Jason brings packages to door and puts them inside for me. Often they are heavy. He always has a smile. Keep this guy as he is a wonderful representative for the company. Thank you, Jason

My phone said package was delivered. Been home all day. Went outside looking everywhere. Delivered to neighbors. Our houses have big black bold numbers on them. Cant miss them! She has a ring and it went off she thought I was stealing! Not first time delivered to wrong door. If I could choose how they send my packages I would definitely never ever ever use FedEx!!!!!!!!

The person who helped me was wonderful and fast. The building is tucked away on a back road so its hard to find if unfamiliar with the area. Three stars for the driveway up to the main office, the pot holes are pretty bad and have probably eaten their fair share of tires.

Their drivers do not communicate accurately and the local staff is unhelpful. Drivers never find my mailbox but leave door tags (door is literally next to the openly accessible mailbox). Door tags state to pick up at branch. Branch either does not have it or gives me the wrong package. Terrible local branch.

I was expecting a package on 3/4/2020 and was not home. There was no door tag left by the driver. On 3/5/2020 I waited at home for the redelivery of the package. At 1124 I was outside checking my mail and did not see a FedEx truck. At 1135 I tracked the package to see where it was and it said exception occurred at 1124 as customer was not available. Very disappointed in this. I tried to contact FedEx regarding this but you cannot actually speak to a person. Now I have to drive to Bangor tonight and hopefully the package will be waiting for me. Shame on you FedEx for the poor customer service.

They are there for you. In all cases, there are resolutions for all your packing needs. Whether you need it there by the next day at 8:30am, 10:30am, or 3:30pm, they are there to help you

The woman in the store was rude and rushing everyone. I did not like the service or the way I was being treated; as if she had better things to do. She did not have a welcoming attitude. I actually prefer FedEx when it comes to shipping things but I refuse to use this one while I am here for work.

The young lady who helped me inside was wonderful.My only complaint is that the entrance wasnt too clearly marked. Granted, I went during a light snow, but I accidentally drive all the way around the building before I found the entrance. Make sure you TURN LEFT when you first come in!

Not sure why everyone has given poor reviews. I was there this past Wednesday to ship out a package to my husband, whos an OTR Driver. Never shipping a package before, the woman working the front desk was able to help me. She was very kind and talked me through. Very simple and easy service to use. 2 day shipped my husband his package, was able to insure the box, for not to much more. And he received it from the front desk at a truck stop in California. Very pleased with my experience, 10/10 would use this service again.

Not happy with my recent experience, when i order and the receive my package they claim that they have a incorrect address, when i very clearly state its right but they refuse to accept it. Had to drive half an hour for a package that should have arrived after i i pa for their services.

I never write these, but if I did my job the way Ian does his I would have been fired long ago. Was supposed to get a package shipped and then saw theyd tried to deliver but there was no one to leave the package with. Not only was someone waiting to receive it--driver didnt call or knock to check--but it said the package would be left near an entrance as it didnt require a signature. After speaking to customer service I was told Ian would be calling so the package could be picked up. Ian has not called and was incredibly unhelpful and unfriendly when I called the store. If at all possible, have your package shipped to any of their other locations. This location is unfriendly and the staff is incompetent.

The delivery driver in Bucksport is a careless person, leaving packages at the wrong address and yes more than once or if I do get it its left on the edge of my porch regardless of the weather and never rings the door bell ever. We do a significant amount of online shopping and from now on Im requesting UPS be the Currier

If my package ever shows up, maybe I will change my rating.I complained about a driver not delivering heavy packages to my door, left by my garage.  Now my very next package is missing.  I got an email from walmart that said it was delivered and I cant find it anywhere.  It said delivered at 1:56pm.  I got the email at 2:16pm and went straight downstairs.  No package.  I am extremely dissatisfied. I guess I have to require signatures just to ensure delivery. The FedEx representative that called me back and left a message really didnt help either. She basically said, if they cant locate the package, Im SOL. She said if I still havent gotten it by July 22nd, then contact walmart to proceed with their lost package procedures...walmart didnt lose/fail to deliver/misdeliver, FedEx did. Maybe FedEx should fix it.Edit: Initially a 1 star review. Now 3 star. Finally got the package. I think it was initially delivered to the wrong town. The walmart notification said it was left by the front door, but it was found in Hermon. I dont live in Hermon.

I have been waiting for a package to be delivered for 3 days now. I provided directions AND a contact phone number in case the delivery person got lost Here it is the end of the 3rd day, and still no package. Based on other reviews, I am not taking the 2 hour trip to Bangor to find out the packages are not there. When I call I get a service person in some foreign country who does not speak English well and so I am about ready to file a complaint with the headquarters. Maybe something can be done. UPS is not any better. The USPS has a much better track record at least for me.

Horrible. Worst customer service ever. Wont deliver packages down a muddy driveway, cant get ahold of any people in customer service. Dont expect anything to ever show up, be on time, or have a ok customer service experience.

Delivered my package to someone (not me) at a gas station about 10 miles from my home. Talked to Fed Ex. people and they would not help me. Thankfully Walmart is going to go good for my package and send it out again. Hopefully not with FedEx!

Fed ex dropped our package off at 430. I go into work at 4. They left it outside our apartment building and it must have been stolen because I never received said package. I will not be using this service again. Very let down. I suggest if you dont want your packages stolen you shouldnt use this service either. Thanks fed ex.

Completely unacceptable, the porch is 10 feet away, not on a hill, no snow, perfectly clear of any obstructions. We always wanted cardboard box scratches to go with our new vehicle that we have had less than 3 month.

What a horrible company, they do not even deserve one star. I set up to have my package held at a local FedEx facility because i have a life and was not going to be home to sign for it. Well the day it was set for drop off i get a call saying its too big to leave at the location which left me with no choice but to have it delivered to my home. So I tell the man on the phone they can just put it out for delivery tomorrow because it would be Saturday and i could be home, he said ok. Well apparently my FedEx decided to take that Saturday off (which he failed to tell me on the phone) now my package was rescheduled for delivery the following Monday. Here it is Monday and the fedex driver did not even give me time to get to the door!!! I open the door and see the back of the truck driving off!!! I am so furious right now I should have had my package 5 days ago!!!! Unreal, never again fedex, from now on when I purchase something I am requesting the shipper be anyone but you! UPS is always there when they say they will be and there delivery times are always consistent so I know when to expect them, take note.

This company is no help at all. I missed a delivery because I wasnt home. Wasnt going to be home the next day, but no way to get a signature waiver or have a delivery window so I could have someone there. Really needed this package. The customer service here in not good. They were completely unwilling to work with me to find a solution. Btw the website is a mess... tried to create an account, they told me my password was wrong (which I had just created), wouldnt let me log in, then said my password recovery was wrong, option 2 to reset my password via email did not work, never got the email. Bad experience with this company, will request UPS or Postal Service from now on.
