I went to get a haircut to donate my Hair to Locks of Love they were the only place accepting appointments. They had an online check in procedure which was easy to use. Jaylyn got me seated and immediately knew what to do for my request. She was friendly and personable. She did a great job with my hair and I would definitely go back.

The staff is very friendly and did a great job cutting my hair. All you got to do is download the app and check in and call when you get there and theyll let you know when they can cut your hair.

Absolutely terrible. Barber /stylist Ky reeked of cigarettes. Was extremely impatient with my 2yr old som and daughter. And did a horrific cut on my son and refused to try to even just a bit of the awful cut she did, because he was moving. This was the worst haircut I’ve ever seen or that my son has ever received.

Great haircut, very polite and nice hair stylist. They have you sign in on a tablet like thing at the front desk when you walk it and on two TVs the waiting list is displayed so you can see it from the waiting area and when you walk in, it will say your name and how long the approximate wait is. Adorable prices for a great hair cut, I have shaved sides and a longer on top, I believe its called an undercut. I felt very comfortable there even though I dont play sports and am trans male (female to male). I go there for all my hair cuts.

I have been attempting to reach you with two different emails and passwords and have had problems getting through. I called earlier today and was told to call once I arrived. I did that then was told I had to go on line. As I mentioned above was unsuccessful! Ive been a loyal customer since shortly after you opened your facility. Im disappointed at the service today. Ive always gotten excellent service but today was most frustrating. I know there are restrictions which I understand. I had no problem coming in a few weeks ago by calling first. The wait was out half hour longer than the app said it would be, but thats because of Covid restrictions. My stylist was great. She made good conversation gave a great cut!

Went in for a haircut and waited 30 mins past my appointment. Eventually got a text saying I was next. Then two people who showed up 15 minutes after my appointment got to go ahead of me. Incredibly unprofessional, and it lost you a customer

Their check-in process is broken. 0 minutes doesnt mean what they think it means. Their wait list is broken as well. At least they are consistently dysfunctional. Maybe if you arrive 30 minutes AFTER your check-in time you can get more prompt service? Or dont play any guessing games at all and go somewhere else.

The wait is very long. I called ahead and asked them how long and mentioned I was a regional truck driver and the lady is like we dont take truck drivers because of covid-19. Im like are you sure because thats discrimination and illegal. Shes like do you have a covid 19 test. No other place around asked for that.. this is what you get when you elect socialist representatives like Mills and the rest of those whom are commiting treason as we speak.

Not all the people working are that friendly but they do amazing haircuts with my 3 kids always. Quality is perfect and they are super quick.

Just had my first experience here and let me tell you, I am very pleased. I was a bit nervous trying to find a new place to get my haircut but I can definitely say I’ve found it! Staff is wicked friendly and knowledgeable. She even trimmed my beard for me and it looks great! Also I recommend getting the VIP experience if it’s your first time because it’s free! Best haircut I’ve ever had.

This is one of the best barbershops I have ever been to. When they cut your hair they leave notes in their system so if you come back and the person who cuts it regularly is not there, they know what to do. My favorite girl is Shannon. She is very friendly and seems to understand the way I like my haircut. She is also patient and doesn’t seem to be in a hurry like many places I’ve been to. If you want a nice haircut ask for Shannon!

My boys new favorite place to get their haircuts done. Its SO nice to not have to tell them what you want done everytime you go in, they have everything saved in each clients profile which unless your looking to change what you get dine usually it comes in handy n really a nice perk. Very clean place with friendly staff.

My son got a hair tonight and he says it’s the worst haircut he has ever got and that’s bad. The girl cutting his hair didn’t even know what a number 4 blade was and then she didn’t even know how to take the blade off the trimmer. Another hair dresser had to step in and make the best out of what was done to his hair. I am very surprised they even had him pay for this cut.

My first visit was with Morgan and she did a terrific job ! This week was very different. I had another individual ( Ill call her the butcher) and she gave me the worst haircut Ive ever had .

I called to ask if they except walk-ins or do you have to make appointments and the woman I talked to said “walk-ins only” when it clearly says on google you can make an appointment. Then I asked how much is it for a regular haircut and the lady said $19 and just hung up. I’m not impressed and it made me feel very unimportant.

When I got there the computers were down I was told the wait was forty mins and I should go to an atm to get cash because they couldnt take cards. fast forward 30 mins Im back with cash and the computers are now running but I am no longer on the list so its gonna be a fifty minute wait if I want to sign in. so unprofessional, unorganized. 1 star would not recommend.

Great concept...lacking in follow through on concept. Estimated time for haircut is displayed on screen, which becomes a farce when stylist continues to update time at will by listing the next 4 people as on-deck. None of the three stylists appear to enjoy their environmentLast thing... please do not suggest a tip amount...let the food service industry have that distinction.

Best place to go to get a hair cut . The atmosphere is well you guessed it sporty. Over all they are great, pretty consistent with the quality of work as well.

I took my husband and 3 sons here for haircuts. Taylor did an amazing job on my husband! She took her time and it showed and I tipped accordingly. Stephanie did a good job with my 3 year old but she doesnt have the patience with little ones. Bri did my 8 yr olds hair but had to get assistance. She looked so stressed out and it was only a 2 to a 0 fade! My 10 year old had Angela who acted like she was shearing a sheep. She ended up cutting his ear. My husband told the asst manager Stephanie he shouldnt have to pay for that cut but we were charged anyway. She had us sign an incident report. We will go back but only for Taylor.

I never have had anyone from Maine cut my hair. Im a city boy and my normal barber just isnt around anymore. I went to this place and this lady gave me a straight freshie haircut. I prolly need to eat subway after this. I now have a new barber per say. Her fade game was serious.
