I reached out to see if he could come take a look at my dryer that was making an awful noise and I was nervous to continue using. He got back to me right away and because of a cancellation can put the same day. He communicated to me what was wrong with the dryer and was able to fix it right off. Super happy with the service, very professional and he did a great job. No more noise!:)

I am a first time home owner with the first time having a gas stove. He responded very quickly when I called. He told me he would try to be out the next day. He called later saying he had time between jobs and asked to come over. He was very kind and professional. He spoke respectfully with my young son as well. He was quick to diagnose the issue and had the part on hand. He told me why the part wasnt working and when he finished he showed me how to know its working now. He has good honest rates. It took him an hour from the time of his call that he was on his way to the time he left.

I called Anthony early this morning and explained that one of my tenants thought my dryer was on the fritz. He was incredibly professional on the phone and told me he would give me a call if he could make it out that afternoon if not sometime in the next day. Ended up calling me a few hours later asking if it was alright for him to swing by the property. He went through the entire machine to see if there’s any issues other than the ones I had described and luckily there was nothing wrong with the machine at all. Instead of trying to up charge me for a part I didn’t need as some other places have done in the past, he said he just needed to be compensated for his time. Will recommend and definitely use again!

Anthony was the second person I called to try and get my electric range repaired on New Year’s Eve. He was there within a few hours and my range was fixed in a few minutes. Wonderful service, they call you back and give you an actual time for when they will arrive. They fixed our washing machine at a fair rate. They also installed and new dishwasher and hauled away the old one. I highly recommend them and will use them again.

Ive been using Patriot Appliance for almost 10 years now, both for our own appliances and for our two rental units. Ive probably had to call on them about a dozen or so times over the years -- mostly for kitchen appliances, but they have also rebuilt my front-loading washing machine.Anthony and Joseph do exceptional work and are great to deal with. I find them friendly, honest and they communicate very well. Anthony also tells me when an appliance is not worth fixing and should just be replaced.I highly recommend them.

Not to mention its 3° outside and the roads are icy. Its o.k. Because apparently its the owners son who thinks he should drive like a Jackass while driving a car with the company logo blasted all over the vehicle..Real smart. This company will never have my business again because of the lack of respect for the safety of my children and my neighbors children.
