I have used Thermo Sash two separate times for two different rental properties (both homes needed their roofs completely replaced)Bobby and his team were extremely professional, courteous and very easy to deal with. They do great work and at a very fair price! I am very pleased with my dealings with them and would recommend them highly without hesitation for any remodel or renovations you might require.

The door that we ordered took longer than expected to come in, but once it was installed, it was perfect! We were pleased with the price and impressed by the quality of the materials and workmanship!

Horrible business ethics. Project was scheduled to be done in 8-10 weeks....11weeks later it has yet to be started. Called several times to inquire as to when the work begin. Spoke to a rep who stated, on numerous occasions that a scheduler would be calling me to confirm time and date of project yet no one has called. Legal process is next step for refund of my down payment which they quickly deposited the day after initial meeting. My recommendation....find another company.

I have a very awkward backdoor in a row home built in 1875 in Federal Hill and they did an amazing job from start to finish. In the end I had a beautiful navy stormdoor and backdoor. Ive recommended them to multiple friends now and Thermo Sash never disappoints.

The owner is disrespectful and will fast talk you into purchasing windows and doors from him at an extremely high price. The owner charged over $3,000.00 for (2) cheap aluminium storm doors and (1)plain front steel door. The owner rushed to do the work so that he could get paid fast. The two aluminium storm doors were priced $150.00 each at the local hardware store and the front steel door was priced $300.00. They were plain inexpensive doors. After paying in full I asked the owner why was I overcharged he was very disrespectful. He tried to convince me that the door were the best around. The storm doors locks were falling off and when I told the owner he came by, knocked on the door and put (2) new cheap locks on my porch. THEY ARE THE WORST COMPANY TO DEAL WITH. THE OWNER WILL COME TO YOUR HOME, STAND ON YOUR PORCH AND COMPLAINABOUT ALL THE DOORS AND WINDOWS IN YOUR BLOCK AND POINT OUT HOW BAD THEY LOOK.HE IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL .STAY AWAY!!!!!

Oh Heck NO.....donet waste you time or money. They do not stand behind their work and the work they do is very shoddy. Hey Bob, I talked to you on 6/20/2018 and you said you would send someone out to clean out gutter guards which never worked in the first place, You wanted to charge us $275 and heck NOOOO, After debating you said you would send someone out to clean them and you never did. Youre definitely not a man of your word. I would never recommend anyone to you. Its a shame Cathys is gone because she held your company afloat. I will report you to BBB for the sake of others that may be looking at your business.

Before they even finish installation of the windows and sliding doors they was begging us for final payment. And right after they got want they want they told us that the door which they brought to our condo to install was defective and that they have order a new one and come back to reinstall.Second door they brought to us had the same problem and we had to wait on it little over a month.Very unprofessional.Would not use them ever again as well advertise this company to people we know.As well have to file a complaint to home improvement commissioners and claim Guaranteed Funds.

I had them installed in 2005 and they still seem like new.

The owner is a liar and a fast talker. Stay away!!!! I will NEVER do business with them again and neither will my relatives. Bad experience!!!!!
