These people are great!! Came out on easter Sunday to help me out when we had a flat tire and no spare... Within 1/2 hour they were there and ready to help. The pricing ng was very fair too. Hope we never need you again, but if we do, youre our first call👍👍

Petite, the dispatcher was very professional and courteous. She kept me updated the entire process and in the loop. The driver arrived before the tine I was even previously quoted. He was extremely professional and happy to help. He respected my car and loaded it safely and properly. Petite even followed up to make sure that my car and I were both safe, and that I had a pleasant experience. I can’t thank them enough for helping me at 4 am after hitting a deer. The body shop I requested does not take over night deliveries so they informed my insurance company and I ahead of time, that it would have to be towed back to Windsor’s Lot and kept over night until my body shop opened in the AM. Windsor was honest and up front the entire process.Thanks again Dispatcher Petite for going above and beyond and being so thorough and kind.

Disrespect no common sense bad attitude

Extremely unprofessional. I scheduled a pick-up for the following day. They never came. I called and he claimed he called me twice and I didn’t answer. When I told him that I haven’t a record on my phone of any missed calls or voicemails, he raised his voice with me and became very defensive. Clearly, they are not customer service focused.

This company is a complete scam it says open 24 hours thats a lie you only can retrieve your car from the hours from 9-12 and you must make an appointment and call before you arrive. this is the most unprofessional towing company Ive seen in my life. also their towing prices are completely above the average price. me giving them one sta eff is being completely generous

People were very nasty.

Had to retrieve my vehicle, with dead tags. They were very accommodating, towing the truck to a shop 4 miles away for just the hookup fee! Prices are low to average depending on the service.

They took my car off a scene and gave me no contact info. Charged me off the wall expenses. I dont know how this is legal. Then said I was getting a discount but was lied to. Charged the full amount. Avoid if possible!!

3/10/16 - Car was dead when I woke up and tried to leave for work, my roadside assistance linked me up with Henrys Wreckers for a tow to my dealership. They arrived very quickly and got me to my dealership just as quick. My driver Mike was exceptionally courteous and went the extra mile for me. All around Mike provided excellent service and truly made a crappy situation more pleasant. I would certainly use this Henrys again. In my mind, customer service goes a long way and these guys have it down. Thanks again Mike. I would recommend this company to any of my friends.

The tow operators were very nice and did a great job. However, the receptionist or dispatcher displayed horrible customer service. My experience was horrific dealing with my towing situation. The tow company hours to retrieve your vehicle are NOT customer friendly and the storage rate is unreasonable when they dont provide enough hours to retrieve your vehicle.

Very tiny crowded parking area. Seem to be the only tow-yard responding to police request after an accident for this area. Rates are outrageous! $200 just to load and take to their lot and then $32 a day for storage until you get it removed. After my accident; it took me 2 days to find a towing company that would be willing to tow from a tow yard so I ended up having to pay $364 to get my totaled truck back and then another $200 to have Wilsons toeing remove it. I would not recommend this company to anyone!

Terrible customer service. Was supposed to pick my stolen car up from Hebbville but the gps took me to Windsor tow. After inquiring about my vehicle the man behind the counter asked if I was looking for Hebbville and gave me an attitude and pointed at the door saying “ you are at WINDSOR Tow!.... look out the door and look at the sign!” like people can’t make mistakes.All I needed was to know where Hebbville was I don’t need the extra BS. If you want to be talked down to this is the place for you .

Much like MOS Eisley from the SIFSIFI film Starwars this place is a wretched Gathering of scum and villainy never in my life have I seen such horrendous customer service nor such utter disregard for ones time the overdrafts at this place are unbelievable simply leaving your car there overnight can cost you anywhere from 30 to $50 I tried to pick up my car this afternoon and they asked for $400 for 2 days of staying there after towing my car 3 miles they turned to take my car to my house even though I was 2 houses down I was told unless you pay us in case we arent doing that I will be filling out a complaint and contacting my lawyers this building is a monument to failure and wrong doing do not go here even if you are at gun point honestly take the bullet it will hurt less.

I wish I could give this place a zero. I called for a tow and was told by Jamel that it would be 90 minutes which I thought was ok. 2 hours go by I called back and spoke with Jamel again and he says the truck is on its way to me and it will be another 30 mins. An HOUR goes by I call back and speak with a nice young lady who tells me that there is still another call in front of me and she doesnt know when they will get to me. She apologized for this mistake and said that it was the MANAGER that told me this LIE. So 4 hours later I have to call another company and wait for them thanks a lot Windsor for NOTHING

As a tow company used for an accident, you can only expect to be but so happy given the circumstances. That said, they did their job and adhered to their policies no matter how much you may dislike the prices. This complaint is really about Jamel. If he answers the phone for service I would advise you to ask for someone else. His customer service is deplorable and given stressful situations the last thing you want is someone yelling at you over the phone and getting downright nasty because you asked a basic question...as in I need to pick up the car, what do i need to do? and later Has XXX come to pick up the car? ... simple normal questions and he was a really a jerk. Basically, if you are trying to get information speak with anyone BUT him....im literally DISGUSTED.

Yesterday my car cut off on me. N when I called tha dispatcher was nice n stayed on tha phone wit me, even ask how it happen. Tha driver showed up n was nice n protectional, his name was tavon. I would use Windsor towing again.
