I dont normally do reviews but I want to promote this business because they are very competent, efficient, kind, courteous and fairly and honestly priced. Its very hard to get someone to come to you for shredding at a reasonable price. This was an especially difficult time for us because we were cleaning out my dads office after he passed away from covid, and they came on time, called before they arrived, and just handled everything beautifully. I absolutely recommend Eco Shred. And I am not a family or friend of the owner.

This was my first time using a shredding company. I must say it was a wonderful experience. I feel that it was worth the price the customer service and professionalism was outstanding. I had my documents ready they took care of it and that was it. I will definitely use them again and I would recommend if anyone has documents they need to shred this company is excellent.

GreetingsIt was a good experience and the driver/operator was on time, friendly and professional. It took him roughly 15 minutes to shread over 12 years of unwanted mail. I plan to let my neighbor know because she has a simular need and it is important that timelines are met. I will definitely recommend Eco Shred to my friends and co workers.

The dumpster I ordered was initially not delivered on time or even on the right day. I was angry and wanted a refund (which would have left me trying to find a new company on short notice). However, they delivered a larger dumpster the next morning and provided a discount which in my opinion was more than enough to rectify the situation.

Ivan did a excellent job. Called 1/2 an hour ahead. Quickly removed all boxes to be shredded. Shredded them as I watched. I Used Eco-Shred before and will use again. Thanks.

Promised to show up and shred corporate boxes for our company. I had two guys waiting for 3 hours for him to show. Called several times, no answer, voicemail is full, and never showed. Finally rented a uHaul and took the stuff to another facility that was gracious enough to help us out. We even called the day before to confirm the appointment. Not too mention a confirmation email from the company. Thanks for nothing
