As a current patient of BACHS Healthcare facility, I do nothing but give praise to this establishment. My first time there, i was very nervous, but that quickly changed once i was greeted by the amazing staff in the front office. Ms. Aisha always makes me feel welcomed and I can never leave that place with a frown on my face. I would recommend this facility to anybody in need of mental and drug counseling. They are the best I have ever experienced, and that is no lie.

BACHS Healthcare is a very good program the staff are nice and very helpful... very caring and they have helped me branch out of my comfort zone.. they are always there when I need help or even just a quick check in... the therapist and prp workers are amazing... thanks for helping me find my true self and helping me along my journey...

To whom it may concern I signed up with Bachs on June the 9th 2018 when I first started I was afraid to talk but once they started telling me about this program I started to open up more. They thought me that I am important it,,s about me today. They have thought me to forget about the past and focus on my goals-one of my goals is my GED- nursing- helping the homeless- volunteering etc. I have tried to get others to come but they r playing games so I still asks others on the bus-streets etc. this is the most amazing-awesome program in Baltimore city and thats from my heart- the staff is wonderful-amazing-beautiful-unique-and many words that deals with a hearts of gold. Thank u god, 4 putting these brothers&sistersIn my life.

They have the best customer service.

Since my girlfriend has been going to BACHS Healthcare, i have seen a tremendous amount of change in her mental struggles. She constantly brags about her mentor and therapist, and she is more than happy with the services she receives.

This is my the most filthy and disgusting facility in existence. The staff is unconcerned and unprofessional. Its a warehouse. There are leaking pipes..filthy bathrooms and a dog cage in the doctors office accompanied by dog food on the floor. The pipes leak onto the paper work that they supply you with. I see that a previous post response was that it was a former employee, so let me first clarify within this post that I have never worked for or been affiliated with this facility. I simply took a relative for treatment as he was referred by the ER. I will post pictures under the photos. I just feel its such a shame that this facility is being allowed to operate and provide a service to the underserved under these conditions. Please review photos.

Unethical. Unprofessional. Dont go there. Waste of time for clients and staff!
