I like shopping at Zales. The sales lady is very helpful . Erica is wonderful sales person, effective, she take her time to sell, professional and on point. If ever wants to buy jewelries at Zales in white marsh mall look for Erika. Shes the best.

They are always great in this store! Very kind and courteous! Plus they take the time to get to know you personally especially if youre coming in for warranty checks.

Never answers the phone and when they do they never can answer question. I have stood right there in the mall looking in the store. Not one customer in sight, yet the phone just rings for over 20 mins. Youre always routed to customer service who also isnt helpful. Its frustrating

I was pleased with erika and robin assisting me with my broken item. I wish I could pay to have it rushed but they explained the process and I feel its in good hands.

What a wonderful experience. Our sales associate was awesome. Elena took her time with me while I made my decision with my ring choice. She offered her professional opinion, and her personal opinion, (when asked) when I was undecided. She explained the financing, etc. She is a gem (pun intended) and an excellent resource to their sales and service team. Thank you, Zales, for making my experience great!

Great customer service!

I had a pleasant experience at this Zales. I was looking for a small bridal set that I could comfortably wear every day at work instead of buying a wedding band for my actual engagement ring and I was able to customize it. The only problem was with the insurance paperwork. They misspelled my name and every time I would bring the ring to get shipped and get cleaned, they could not find my name on their computer. I had it fixed at another location. However, the employees were super friendly and helpful.

Very friendly and helpful! One lady stands out but I forgot to get her name againnnn! They come to mind always because of her! even though every one offers help no matter what your budget is.

My husband only shops at Zales for me. They have amazing customers service and every time we go there they know who we are, what I like and are so helpful. I have had a couple pieces fixed or altered and the insurance never gives me any problems and they always come back perfect. I even take stuff I didnt buy from there to be altered or fixed and it doesnt cost an arm and a leg! (Im rough with jewelry). We wont go anywhere else for jewelry. Robin is the most amazing sales associate I have ever dealt with in any store. She is so pleasant and knowledgeable.

Went here due to the sad poor service I received at the Bel Air Maryland location. Erica was wonderful! My wedding band had broke and after being falsely told by the Bel Air location that my ring could not be replaced, I decided to visit this location. I went in and was greeted by Erica who was very sincere and I explained my situation. She apologized for the inconvience and immediately checked to see if my ring could be replaced. She returned to me and said we will have you a new ring in 6-8 weeks. I was very pleasepland I greatly appreciate the exceptional service that was provided! Thank you again Erica!!!

Worst customer service ever. Nasty and unwilling to help. Misleading Christmas delivery advertised. Could care less if you get items in time and said you can not cancel and get money back before Christmas. First experience and my last!!

Love this place. True meaning to costumer service

I got a beautiful ring from zales in white marsh last December for my fiancé and Im happy I got the warranty because Ive had to send the ring back 3 time already its been in the shop more than its been on her finger and I am really disappointed the stone fell out and it has broke apart it has been a nightmare with this ring Im afraid for her to wear it because it breaks so much she might loose it people please get the warranty or go somewhere else
