So glad I found this place! I purchased two of those name necklaces from an online store; one broke at the name and the other one’s clasp broke. It was too much hassle to send them back and wait for them to be repaired so I stopped at Towson Jewelry repair center. The gentleman who helped was so nice and gave me affordable options. We agreed that it would be best to use the clasp from the one that was really in bad shape to repair the other one. He was finished in 5 minutes and didn’t even charge me. He also gave me some tips to keeping my jewelry in good condition. I’ll definitely be coming back for any jewelry repair needs that come up!!

I been shopping at Towson Jewelry Repair Center for 11 years. I have brought countless watches, rings, earrings and chains from them. Every time, I come to the store Im always greeted with a smile and by name. The store is always clean and I never feel pressured or obligated to buy anything the customer service is always great. Even when I may damage something, they always say just bring it in and we will fix it and they always do. I have no problem spending my hard earned money there and I will continue to spend my money at Towson Jewelry Repair Center.

There were two men when arrived parking can be a bit hairy go on the weekend.The elder of the two men waited on me.He was a real gentleman, he offered me a beverage while I waited he was a class act and the workmanship of the items that was repaired was great.I am going back again.I loved the personal attention he showed.

Great place. Really nice guy. Picked up the phone when I called, helped me right away and just had a short wait to get my battery changed out. It was $16 after the google discount. Pretty fair.

Watch out for your watch at Towson Jewelry Repair Center! I bought a new strap and battery for a favorite wristwatch. The owner installed the battery, but had difficulty reassembling the case and its heavy domed glass. I watched him struggle. He suggested I return in 4 days so his watch guy could finish the job. I would be out of town, so he did the reassembly. On returning home I noticed the face was slightly askew. On close examination you can actually hear, feel and observe how the face and mechanism float within the case. The owner failed to seat my watchs innards properly. 3 days later the owner said hed have his watch guy take a look, and if this was his fault, hed repair the error for free. Now that if sounds like Towson Jewelry Repair Center may try to charge me extra labor to fix the owners sloppy workmanship. My watch and I leave town shortly, in search of a much more professional watch repair service.

I walked into this store for the first time with an old watch that had stopped working after being forgotten about in my closet for a number of years. The owner told me that it required a special solar battery that would cost roughly $85. He said he didn’t think it needed that though, I just needed to leave it in a bright spot for a day or two. He told me if that didn’t work, to come back and he could sell me the battery. He could have easily sold me the battery right then, but chose honesty instead! It won’t be my last time going there for any jewelry needs!

I stumbled upon this spot and learned it is a nice jeweler who used to be located in Towson Center and now has his own shop. Very nice owner. It looked like a wide variety of jewelry and he sells watch batteries, etc. I am glad I happened upon this treasure...

Eddie is a miracle worker!He not only was able to resize my engagement ring (which three other Jewelers wouldnt touch), but he was also able to resize my wedding ring and polish both to make them match perfectly! He understood the sentimental value of the band, and went above and beyond to perfect this complex band which was precious to me (as opposed to simplyreplacing it ). He educated me about the different types of stones and expertly explained why mine was so complex. He is so personable and answered all of my questions, but was not pushy in the least. I could tell he wanted me to make the most educated and best decision for me.These alterations were done so quickly too! I couldnt believe it. My precious ring now fits perfectly and feels so good on my finger.He also backs up his work. If I ever have a problem or something becomes loose, or I even simply needed cleaning, he told me to take it on in and hell fix it up free of charge... Bc he takes pride in his work and backs it up! He also let me pick out a sweet watch too since I spent a certain amount there! I couldnt be happier! Ill never go anywhere else!

The Russian proprietor used substandard metal (saying it was silver) to repair a bracelet and charged me $5 for it. The color changed within one week. I went back and he hastily replaced it again with another piece he said was silver. It changed within two days. Before he replaced it, he seemed to catch an attitude and actually replaced the wrong piece before fixing the correct piece. I later had it repaired at Smyth jewelers for $1 and went back to complain to him. He said that all silver changes. I replied, In less than a week?! He gave some lame explanation and I told him I was going to bad mouth his business on Facebook, which Ive done. I am also contacting the Better Business Bureau about this.
