If youre looking to really get in shape and for trainers that have decades of experience, knowledge and expertise, search no further! Having seen trainers at gyms giving advice that even a HES college student would know is dangerous, I urge you to instead come train with the best at No Limit! This is not just another gym. The trainers will push you to your limits and beyond. They have trained countless professional athletes and are also knowledgeable and experienced in physical therapy, so they can help you achieve your fitness goals whether youre an athlete, recovering from an injury, or are just looking to get in shape.

No Limits pushes even the top athletes beyond their best. Whenever I train with Michael, Josh, or one of their staff, I leave in a pool of sweat and with a stronger body. They constantly push me to my limit, pause for a much needed breath, and then help me surpass it. I achieve as much progress in one hour of training with No Limits staff as I do in three hours training at the gym by myself. At No Limit, you will work, you will sweat, and you most certainly will achieve.

Weve known and worked with Michael Kelly for about 20 years and he is, hands down, the best! There is no one more knowledgable and fitness and staying in shape! He works with professional athletes as well as regular, everyday people. I highly recommend him and No Limit Fitness!
