There isn’t enough words to describe the professionalism and skill for this company. I own several Boost Mobile stores in Baltimore. Recently, our window was broken and we were able to reach an affordable solution in under 24 hours. And by the way, they had the fastest turn around time in the DMV area!!!

Had an emergency at a store. They were prompt to answer and show up which was awesome. They didnt have the glass in stock though. And so they boarded up the window... Wanted to charge me $700. When I went to pay my credit card company declined the transaction because it was late in the evening. Their associate got an attitude. Five minutes later I got the hold lifted on my card paid the bill and then they said they didnt want to do business with me. Said they refunded my card although I havent seen any proof of such. So now Im out $700 and have no glass either. Company is a scam

Rush glass was pleasant to work with. They were very accommodating. I originally had another glass company lined up to install my mirrors but the day of installation, the company called and said they broke all of the mirrors and said they couldnt do anything for me. So, I called Rush Glass and they came out that same day, Wednesday and looked at where the mirrors had to be installed and installed them on Friday, just in time for my grand opening on Saturday. They worked late into the night but got the job finished. A part of the J channel fell down a day later but they came out a few days later and fixed the issue. I would definitely work with Rush Glass again. Thank you for getting the work done in such a short timeline.Owner

He removed the broken glass and took the measurements for the double insulated replacement glass and got it installed within days. I had a harrowing experience a few weeks ago, but thanks to the quick, friendly, and expert service of the folks at Rush Glass & Mirror, my problem was solved.During a powerful storm at the end of August, I found that my basement slider had shattered. This was almost 10 p.m. on a Sunday. I had no idea how the door had broken or what I was going to do to keep out the rain, stray animals, or intruders, so I went on-line in a panic. I found the website for Rush Glass & Mirror, and gave them a call. To my relief, the guys came to my house in under an hour, vacuumed the shattered glass, securely boarded the door, and measured for a replacement. While they were here, I showed them how my kitchen sliders had become cloudy with condensation, so they gave me a very fair price on the replacement for those as well.When the replacement glass arrived, they came to my house at my convenience, and efficiently installed the doors, all the while treating my house, my dog, and me with the utmost respect. Rush Glass and Mirror is a professional company and its owners do solid work. I would recommend them to anyone who needs glass replacement or repair.

Had and emergency glass repair so I did a google search and this company came up. It was late in the day but it says 24hrs that’s a lie. Not only are they not 24hrs but the way the guy spoke to me was extremely rude and totally uncalled for. VERY poor customer service and I wouldn’t dare give them a dime of my money after how rude they were to me.

Unfortunately me client was a victim of a break-in after calling several glass companies no one would respond so called emergency service wouldnt not even call us back we contact Omar from Rush Glass and Mirror and he was on site within 20 minutes and needless to say my glass will be repaired today his prices were very reasonable. I strongly recommend his services. Urban built will be using him in the future.

Omar came to my property after hours on extremely short notice following a break-in at our house to replace a shattered window. He was tremendously responsive and professional, and did an exceptional job with sealing up the window. We were really happy with the service!
