All FeDEx facility I have been drop the load and pick up is sooo convenient, better then UPS facility,

I missed a delivery. So I called to schedule it on Saturday. The service representative said its set up.Then Saturday comes I call just to ensure alls well then I was told theyre closed on Saturdays.Called two more times, got 2 different answers but all stated they dont deliver on saturdays. Very poor form.

I work here as a Service Center Support Operator. Been here 3 years. I like it. Its a good part time job. Good co workers and good pay.

Very helpful. Had an issue with a vendor and shipping was delayed. Fedex pulled my pallet off of a truck and held for pick up on short notice.

Helpful staff. Loaded quickly by forklift and on my way in about 15 minutes.

Never again will I come here for a delivery. I got 12 pallets. The manager says they don’t have space for the 12 pallets. Been here for 3 hrs already and they have not even started. Never again.

From Atlanta to Maryland took 9 days. They waist time calling to set up appointment once it reaches Baltimore scheduling it 3 days later then showed up 3 hours after store closed. This happened 3 nights in a row. The next shipment a week later took 4 days just to get to Baltimore. I arranged to pick it up at the terminal. They said it would be ready for me at 10:00am and I was there. Still sitting waiting for it to be pulled 1 hour later.

The people are great!!!

The Baltimore terminal for freight is toxic from employees that are in management to the dock employees. Freight will sit and not get delivered because no one will take responsibility. I have spent over 6 thousand in repairs to equipment repairs from damage in freight. I went from spending 250K in freight thru them to nothing. This is a result of a terminal manager telling me Why should I help you if you already are unhappy with Fed Ex.I only ones who are worth anything are the drivers.

Quick, thorough, professional service.Security was a pleasure to see. To ensure that whom ever is there, is there for a reason.

I work here through ServiceMaster cleaning up. Alot of there employees are very friendly and I cant wait to actually start working with FedEx
