I had a great experience here last week. Found out my daughter’s computer was broken just as the quarantine started. They fixed a problem microcenter was unable to fix and when I called with follow up questions they were patient and explained again what they had already told me when I picked up computer. Also, cost to repair was quite low which I very much appreciated

Replaced our laptop screen with the screen of an identical unusable laptop. Went beyond and also replaced the keyboard due to missing keys, plus used the ram to give the working laptop a boost. All for the original quoted price. Very friendly, courteous, and great to deal with. Will now have all of our computer business.
