I got the charging port replaced on my iPhone 8. I suspected that was the issue but the technician helped me diagnose it to be sure and then fixed it. Very straight forward and the phone works great now. I went here after calling two other competitors; one did not pick up the phone and one was not sure if they had the part. Forever Wireless was way better service.

Nice and friendly staff. I called before I arrived to make sure they had the screen in stock. I was told it would take 10-15 minutes to repair. Of course I was so happy. When I arrived the process was easy. She ask me a a few questions and took my phone with no problem. You can wait or come back I chose to come back. When I came back my phone was ready and checkout was fast and easy. I stayed a few to chat with the staff. If I didnt I would have spent no more that 3 mins in the store.

Ive had several phones repaired over the years by FW and Im always happy leaving. Casey runs a great business with knowledgeable and professional staff. Most recently I had an IPhone repaired at Howard st. Location, Zain kept in touch all day to ensure I was able to fit on the schedule at one of their locations. I never even left my car, the technician came to my car in the rain and picked the phone up. He returned 20 minutes later with a working phone and provided me with some valuable information, again in the rain. I wish I could remember the gentlemans name, but CTE lol. Serious road rage from one of the drivers this morning in Mt Washington, Baltimore. A woman was attempting to turn in to the Royal Farms on Falls Road and the driver nearly missed pushing her into oncoming traffic with his impatience. Im a nurse at a local hospital and was completely appalled by his fury and lack of concern for another persons safety

For months, running around dealing with COVID I have nursed a phone that required charging every couple of hours. This weekend I almost bought a new phone. I was in town for an overnight when my IPhone 6S battery finally died and needed replacing. I called the store and Spoke with Kevin, who was very helpful and informative and told me to bring it down and they could get it done right away. Walked on over and met with Dimitri who replaced my Battery in about 20 minutes! He took the time to tell me a few things about the iPhones and care that I didn’t know about and he was very helpful, professional and courteous! Thank you guys for the great service and experience! Matt was great! Showed the best way to do an upgrade for two phones. It took my phone 3 hours to transfer everything to my new phone.past closing. I was frustrated but Matt was patient even though it was past his departure time and told me not to worry and I could come back next day if necessary.I did and it was after his leave time. But he came out to finish up with me. Pleasant employees. Have my positive recommendation for how they look out for and are considerate of their customers.

Dropped and cracked my Pixel 2 a week after I bought it. I had a very busy week at work, but Casey was willing to come pick it up from me at my office. I got it back fully working, also delivered right to my office. He and his staff stayed actively in touch with me throughout the process. I waited a little longer than expected because of an appointment miscommunication on the hotlines appointment scheduling. But hey I would rather wait a hour or two for great quality service than short time for bad service. All in all everyone I spoke to were very polite and professional. Dima was the tech to repair my phone and he did an awesome job and also gave me some tips how how to keep my new battery in good condition up until its time for my upgrade. If I ever need any electronic repairs Forever Wireless is where I will spend my money!

Great customer service. Went there to retrieve information from a black screen phone. They not only retrieved the info but changed the screen for me so the worked. ALL In a couple of hours because i had court date i needed the information and they even emailed the information to me so i can be on time to my court.

I had a difficult issue that was caused by another Baltimore Cell Phone Repair by Forever Wireless store, and they helped me resolve it within a reasonable amount of time.

My phone (Google Nexus 6) screen broke Monday morning. I reached out to Forever Wireless who owns this location along with several others and asked if they could repair my phone and how much it would cost. Within a few minutes, they got back to me with a price. I asked if I could meet at this location versus other ones as this is the closest one to me. They went out of their way to get the new screen to this location (its not as common a phone like an iphone so it was harder to find a place that can fix it). I set up a time that worked for my schedule (11am Tuesday) and they provided me the name of who would be repairing my phone. Dima was great. He was there ready and waiting to fix my phone. No wait!!! It took only about a half hour and I was on my way. My 18 month old phone looks brand new. They were quick, responsive and followed through on their promises to me. This was really important as I use my phone for business. I would highly recommend this store or any of the Forever Wireless locations. They will get the job done while being quick, cheap, and convenient. Thank you Casey and Dima for your help!

This place sucks I had a S3 with a cracked screen got it fixed and when I got the phone back the camera didnt work and the screen had small scratches on it, (didnt really care about the scratches) I went back and they told me it would take another few days to fix, of which I did not have considering I make money with my phone and I had a baby girl in the hospital a few days old, so they told me to go to the wireless store in Reisterstown Plaza, when I got there the dude told me he didnt what the hell I was talking about and I vowed to never go to these scam artist again

LONG TIME FOR PARTS TO SHIP (Holiday season) I first called the Howard St. location on saturday December 19th about the charging port on my HTC One (M8) that needed a repair, the person I talked to told me to call back on monday because that is when they sent orders out (I found it a bit odd that they couldnt just take a note of the part, but Ill continue). Then on monday I called back just as directed and was again told to call back an hour later because the guy I talked to hadnt shown up to work yet (I called at 10 am). So I called back a few hours later to have the part ordered, after which I was told it would take 3-5 business days to get the part. It took the maximum 5 days (Monday of the next week, December 28th) and the wrong part was ordered because I mislead them saying I had an M9 rather that an M8 (apparently no-one checked the phone ID to reaffirm my suggestion that it was an M9 - more my fault than anyone elses). Then they told me they would next day the correct part. They have told me everyday since that the part would arrive and the phone would be fixed. It is now January 3rd (they are closed on Sundayss too) and I havent had a phone for nearly three weeks and still dont. I called today and they finally gave me a finite day that it should arrive: either january 5th or 6th. I wish they had been straightforward about when the part would arrive in the first place rather than having me expect it would arrive the next day everyday. They have offered to cover the cost of the repair which will likely be $30 - $50.

Fast repair decent people to deal with. Only con for me was location, but that is just my opinion
