Steve was really helpful with getting my business rolling in the right direction and taking the time to get to know me so we could work together well. He listened when I had concerns about business decisions and then helped me stay on track with our weekly meetings so I was held accountable for the work that needed to get done behind the scenes. I am thankful that we connected because now I am more educated on how to run my business well and now I can keep growing my business.

Love Catylator and Steve, who runs it! My daughter has done classes and summer camp there and absolutely loves it. She has learned to use the laser cutter, 3D printer and a bunch of coding and design tools. Super nice kids there and Steve really spends time getting to know and supporting the kids there. Highly, highly recommend.

This is a great place if you are a DIYer, interested in learning new skills, or have a kid whom you want to educate in the practical use of the STEM-related subjects. Highly recommend this place. Its affordable and youll have access to so many different machines, fabrication equipment, and the other latest technologies (3D printers, laser cutters, etc). Check it out for sure.

Friendly Steve Morris second career is making a maker space (distinct from Hacker spaces, I just learned). For him that means long hours (including Sundays) in a peculiar basement space, expensive temperamental equipment, cheap temperamental members, and a lot of improvisation. The world needs this: more making, more maker-spaces, and ever-new improvisation.For the user, Catylator is a combination of workshop, lab, studio, classroom, and social space. Monthly membership is pricey, yet for some, access to the 3D printers, laser cutter, power tools, hand tools, soldering irons, sewing machine, and encouragement is priceless.

Awesome Makerspace! It is amazing to see what has been created within a relatively short period of time, look forward to watching them grow.
