This place is Awful... STAY AWAY. I have been having a issue with them since the end of last year. They do what ever they want with your monies and when you get them on the phone after waiting for days that always have a different story. Needless to say I have been sending all of my tax monies to them and they are not paying them. I have been continuously receiving letter from the IRS and the state has been holding our payments. If you are a small or big business stay far away from this company they will set you up for failure. Now I have to hire my attorney to get thing resolved. Note they say is true and each person you talk to has a different story. And the reps are liars.

DO NOT USE! It took 6 weeks (3 payrolls) to finally get one correct. Horrible communication. I put in more hours of work with ADP helping, than I ever did doing it on my own. Ihad to micromanage the setup and fix all the payroll mistakes while they charged me. It has been over a month and I still have not gotten my money back for tax payment deposits and/or their fees that cost me more money to have a real accountant fix!!! Email me and I will send you the 24 pages of emails showing how they should not be in the payroll business. They are just a sales team. DO NOT USE!

I’ve been an entrepreneur for 17 years and working with ADP is the single worst experience I’ve had. Be aware that they will pull money out of your account with no notice what so ever. I was charged fees every 3 days for something no one can explain to me. Every one there passes the buck on to someone else. It’s all built around high pressure sales. Once they’ve sold you they move on. Do not do business with this company !!!
