Fast and knowledgeable. even loaned me the tools to replace my tag

I had an unusual request involving a vehicle from overseas. After I had been sent away at multiple other locations (including the MVA), the staff at Marias were incredibly nice and eager to help me - and fast at that! They got me what I needed the very same afternoon. If I lived in Baltimore I would go here every time.

This company is fantastic when I walked in the front door not only was I greeted but she took me right away she was respectful kind and very helpful not to mention knowledgeable and the office had a real comfort home type feel to it

Just like the last reviewer, Ive been using Marias for a good five years. That ended today. After originally going in and needing more documents, I came back for a second time with the requested documents and was told they needed a better quality image of my Bill of Sale. I was able to read everything on my version quite well, and so was the tag and title place down the street from Marias that processed everything right after I left. I would have wasted less time just going to the MVA. Not sure if its new ownership, but I wont be returning. Save yourself some time and go to one of many other tag and title businesses in the area.

Ive done business with Marias tag and title for awhile until today. A customer lost. Waiting in a long line and once the person at the counter (not the original person who must be owner) told me that I need additional things done to get temp plates after purchasing this vehicle from another state. Of course I was furious, cause Ive done the same type transactions before and never had an issue until today. So I decided to try another tag and title and after I told them what I went thru at Marias they laughed and said she most likely didnt know what she was doing. The other tag and title gave me my temp plates and I was in and out in 20 mins. They have my business from now on. Sorry Marias tag and title you guys are history 👎

Dawn and her team are great and easy to work with. Saved me a lot of time and money from dealing with the MVA.

Unfortunately I didn’t actually get to register my car here because I was missing a document then had to be at work but they spared me the time and cancellation of my registration if they tried to do it without the document i needed. I respected they wanted to help me and not get my registration cancelled. They were very friendly and seemed professional

Maria tag and title get no love or stars from me. I called about returning my tags and was told the cost would be $5.00, but when I get there and turn in my tags they charged me $10.00. I spoke with the girl at the desk and she says it’s $10.00 I don’t know who told you $5.00. The only reason I went ahead and paid it was because I didn’t want to waste gas going somewhere else. They have a sign that say No Cash accepted lies because they took my $10.00 bill. They are a rip off DON’T GO TO THEM FOR ANY MVA NEEDS.

Got my registration and title done here on a couple visits (I didnt have proper ID first time) and in less than 30 minutes total, avoiding a long line at the DMV. Granted, you pay a fee for the convenience, but if time is important and this place is nearby, it is a very convenient store. No complaints. I would recommend calling them before you come by to make sure you have all the proper paperwork!

This place is incredible. You will be in and out and less than 10 minutes AND you dont have to go to the MVA!!! Amazing customer service. Love it!

This place is great! I walked in there with the title to my new motorcycle and they had me out the door in 10 minutes with new tags and registration. They were very nice and easy to work with. Well worth the few extra bucks to not have to wait at the MVA. Highly recommended.

I went at 1 PM on a weekday and got my tags renewed and address updated in less than 10 minutes. Very nice and efficient!

Terrible customer service in agreement with the other reviewers. Nobody replies to emails or is willing to answer your question over the phone. The hours that Dawn (Maria) is there are unclear and not according to the posted business hours.
