I called ahead with some questions, and a little later, when he knew he wasn’t going to be in the office around the time I planned to arrive, Mr. Everett called me himself to let me know — I didn’t have an appointment; it was just a kind gesture to save me a drive. I really appreciated this, and when I came in the following day, he remembered me and our conversation. Service was fast, and I was grateful to be working with a good human. Highly recommend!

These people are super nice, Ive been trying to get tags for a month and a half and its been nothing but hurdles. But this tag and title got me on the road quick and easy. Very friendly and respectful I highly reccomend using this place!!!!

I’d had an issue with MVA and needed to pay CCU. I paid CCU on 7/1. I also made an MVA appt for the 21st. (Yes, 3 whole weeks later) In the meantime, I reached out to Mr Everett for tags. Between MVA and CCU my account was flagged and I could not get tags. CCU told me it could take about a week for the flag to be removed. It was not one week, but three full weeks. After the second week, I was calling Mr Everett almost daily to check the status. He never got impatient and he always checked for me. Even on days I didn’t call to ask, he called me to let me know the flag was still there. Finally, my MVA appt came and of course they were rude nasty and super unhelpful. They said I had to call CCU. I called Mr Everett from the MVA and explained what was happening. The very next morning, he called me. The flags were off, and he had my tags.Mr Everett was honest, polite, and very helpful throughout the entire situation. He was able to do what the people at MVA refused to do. Which was be kind and helpful. And he helped me get back on the road. Thank you so much Mr Everett! I will continue to highly recommend you to all my people who need tag or title services.
