Excellent customer service, keep up the good work

Last time i was there was 2 year ago and never wanted to go back. This time i went and they changed for they better. It was vey smooth to get my paperwork and keys.

Two experience with this yard1 we make payment by catchier check, they lost it And we had to make payment again !2 we buy vehicle from this yard someone we don’t know pay for it and pick it up !!!!Maybe we have a bad luck with this yard 😂

We had the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE while at the Baltimore lot! We had been given the run around by insurance ppl as well as coparts Finksburg lot! I recomend anyone in the Baltimore area to use the copart on Patapsco Ave!

Glad they finally made another full copart location in MD instead of just the one all the way in Westminster. Customer service was on par with every other copart facility I have visited. Unfortunately right now they still are operating out of the trailer structure similar to what it was like when it was just a sublot, so you’ll be waiting outside or in your car until ready for service. They need a solid building there ASAP!

Open an account in front of them paid the annual $59 for the account then they tell me im not allowed to walk into the lot until my account is active. im there Ive paid IVE ATTACHED MY ID... yet I have to wait up to 3 days to gain access just to look at the cars.

Time wasting location, only one person attending to about 20 trucks, even when you make use copart app. Only 2 forklift operators. When going just make sure you have your bed with you.

This location can pick up gate pass and title?
