Our house had old, small, washer and dryer. My landlord of The house I was renting used Brunos for appliances, so I decided to purchase a used washer and drier for my new house. The guys there are great! Price was great, and the washer and dryer are working great.My fridge is good, but probably going to get one with ice and water through door, move this one into garage. Bruno’s Appliances came out to do a repair on my refrigerator and it works better now than it ever has! Ryan diagnosed the problem over the phone with pictures, had the part in his car, was able to fit us in for an appt, replaced the fan that had died, explained why he uses the metal one instead of the plastic one, and even fixed the ice maker that hasn’t been working for 2 years! It is hard to find good service and I am so glad to have found Bruno’s Appliances. I would certainly use them again, for service and repair, and for purchases.

Hello, contacted Ryan with Brunos Appliances concerning an issue we were having with a Maytag washer. He contacted me quickly and provided a date for service. Ryan arrived at our residence on time and serviced the washer by installing a new pump that he had in inventory on his service vehicle. He took time to operate the washer after new pump was installed to make sure no leaks were identified and unit was completely operational before packing up his tools. Ryan also reviewed potential causes for the issue we experienced with our washing machine. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the washer unit we utilize at our residence. This place is great. I was having issues with my Samsung washer and contacted three other appliance repair services who either had no clue what the problem was, didn’t care or just encouraged me to get a new one. Thankfully I found Bruno’s but I wish I would have found them in the first place as it would have saved me a lot of time and money. They were very knowledgeable, seemed like they genuinely cared about diagnosing and fixing the issue and their prices were very reasonable. This is a great business and I would definitely recommend them if you are having appliance issues or need a good used appliance.

My dryer was broke and I was looking for a used one I went to a couple places but this was by far the most helpful and had a large selection. Because mine fit perfectly under my steps I needed a certain size that they didnt have. But instead they were able to come to my house the next day and fix it very quickly. It is awesome to have my dryer working again! They have amazing customer service and I would highly recommend using them for any Appliance needs you may have.

Brunos appliances is the five-star go to when you need an appliance or repair. Ryan is an expert! He knows everything there is to know about appliances.over the last few years hes been able to help me by fixing appliances and gaining me many more years of use rather than having to buy something. He also has top-of-the-line used equipment that I have purchased from him.I even had a broken washing machine a few hundred miles away from where he is. Would definitely recommend, instant response, accurate and fair quote, and came and fixed my washer within 48 hours. After a month we were having the same issue, reached back out and again were out within 48 hours to fix it again (obviously at no charge). So far so good.

Only paid $350 for the fridge which is $1500 new. I also have a washer and dryer I got from them recently. Yes - friendly and one brother is customer service orientedthey dont dont always respond. Even after 60 days a repair had to be made on the fridge and it took 3 tries to fix. If we had bought new atleast it would have lasted longer than 15 months

I cant express how grateful I am for the repair service from Brunos. After making appointments for my broken refrigerator with other places that were days or weeks out, I got lucky when I reached out to Brunos and it turned out he was only a few blocks away and said he would be able to swing by immediately! 20-30 min later he was at my door. Another 20-30 min later and my fridge was up and running! More than fair price, and he easily couldve just said hed make an appointment for a future time. I know this isnt a usual situation but I also know who Im calling if another appliance goes on the fritz!

I went in after my brother recommended.I was given a few options on refurbished washing machines.I picked one for 180 bucks that works as should when I hooked it up.I was told if I had any problems that someone would come by and take a look at it.I had wasted my whole day looking for NEW and Expensive washers that I would not be able to acquire until 3 to 6 weeks for some models at anywhere from 600 to 1000 dollars.I am back to washing my familys tons of clothes again for a fair price and in a hurry thanks to Brunos.👍
