They were so quick to respond! Got an appointment the next day. They ordered the part which was delivered a day later and fixed my dryer that same day. Whole process from initial contact to my dryer being repaired took less than 48 hours. Repair person was very friendly, efficient and professional. 5 stars!

A+++. Techs Dana and Anthony did a great job diagnosing and repairing the circuit board to our Thermador wall ovens. They were professional, friendly, talented, COVID-safe, arrived on time, and got it done fast. Dana chased down the part we needed - no small feat. The office team Breanna and Gina are wonderful as well and made scheduling and payment easy for us. Great experience, great customer service, fair prices and I highly recommend! Ovens are just like new again! Thank you so much!

I was going to hire them to fix my microwave. I had taken it apart and determined that it wasnt the fuse. I had deduced from the internet that it was most likely a door sensor. They sent someone out for 100 dollars or so; he tried to turn it on, it immediately blew the breaker (which is what I told them it did), and declared it was probably a door sensor. He then proceeded to tell me it would be about 400 dollars to fix. This is because they would replace all 3 doors sensors (2 were over $100 a pop, and 1 was around $60). I dont mind paying for the time and materials, but he didnt take the microwave further apart, he didnt check to confirm it was a door sensor, not to mention which door sensor. Instead he told me what I told them over the phone, charged me a $100+ for the visit, and their recommendation was more expensive than replacing the microwave (compared to if they had pinpointed which sensor needed to be replaced and charged accordingly). I ended up not hiring them. I would not recommend them. Nothing about the visit indicated to me that they were technically trained problem solvers or worth the cost.

I thought my old washing machine was a goner but I read a lot of reviews for new, expense high-efficiency washing machines and many people don’t even like them. It turned out to be a minor problem and an inexpensive repair. Glad I contacted them.

Scheduled appt online on 6/6 (Sunday) for the next day. Received call on Monday that they couldnt make it that day and rescheduled for Wednesday. Tech arrived performed the diagnostic and tested fuse and it was decided that they would attempt to piggyback off the main fuse but couldnt do it that day and would return on Monday. Have not heard from them since they did the diagnostic. Thank God its wasnt my main refrigerator that broke.

Our dryer wasn’t heating up and we had another company come out to fix it- that company must’ve misdiagnosed the problem because their fix only lasted a few weeks. I looked up Mr. Appliance and was able to get an appt the next morning. Shira came out and spent a lot of time making sure she got to the root of the problem. She seemed super honest and straightforward. Sadly, it’s a bigger, expensive motor issue and we’re better off buying a new dryer but I’m happy there was no pressure to get us to do that work thru them. I will definitely call them again with any appliance issues. Very quick, responsive, thorough & honest.

Dana was great. We had an issue with the original repair, parts not service. They were quick to reorder all the parts and came back as soon as possible to replace them all. Very happy with their response and service, especially considering it was warranty work so they werent making anything on the return. Would highly recommend them!

This company responded to our call immediately. Dana, the service tech was on time, courteous and knowledgeable. He knew exactly what the problem was and ordered the part. As soon as it was received, the company made an appointment fit to our schedule. Dana came back and installed the part. The price that he gave on the first visit was for everything. Our ancient and venerable dryer stopped working, and we needed it back working FAST. Phone service was friendly and helpful. It was easy to get the appointment, without a long wait. Tyler was wonderful - he was professional (and masked) and solved our problem quickly. Apparently this company provides many different services, and well definitely call on them again when something in our old house needs more help.

I needed a repair done ASAP on a dishwasher in a property I manage in Baltimore City. Mr. Appliance sent a Tech out within 2 days and diagnosed my issues. They Ordered the part, had it delivered directly to me to alleviate any additional hands during Covid-19 which was a solid move, and they came within a day of delivery of part to install. There was some issues with the part not being installed correctly, and then some misdiagnosis because of that. This was remedied immediately by the Owner of the business herself and made right. You dont get that kind of service these days, especially not in appliance repair! If you need work done, Mr. Appliance of White Marsh is a solid go to. Their speed and customer service is worth it!A+ Recommend!

We needed our dryer fixed. It would not dry things all the way. The service guy was here for just half an hour. $110 Said it was good. Replaced a fuse From the thermostat. Still did not dry. So my husband YouTube’s it and fixed it for $63 himself. They would have come out again but it was already fixed by my husband. Felt like it should have been fixed when they came out the first time.

Mr Appliance was very responsive to my inquiries when scheduling my appointment. The tech Eric that came out was courteous and professional. However, my washing machine is a pretty nice unit so it had some heft to it. Eric didnt have a dolly or straps in the work vehicle to be able to hoist the unit an inch above the washing machine drain pan. In his attempt to to move the unit, he ended up cracking the front corners of my drain pan. He did end up determining that to fix the unit would be as much as purchasing another unit. I gave the service 3 stars due to the damage to the drain pan and the work vehicle not having the equipment needed to move current/modern higher end units.10/7/2019 UpdateJason and his wife, owners of Mr Appliance, contacted me a day later to apologize about the cracked drain pan and offered to replace the pan to make things right. Their customer service and their willingness to take responsibility for their work is first rate. They replaced and installed the pan as they said they would. It is my opinion that the way a business treats its customers is a benchmark of their work. I would highly recommend Mr Appliance to anyone in need of appliance repair because you know they will either get it right or make it right.

Good service. However, the technician was wearing a mask around his neck. When I asked him to wear it, he briefly pulled it up and then had it only over his mouth. When I asked again, he said I have to breathe so I was not comfortable with the COVID-19 precautions.

Jason and his team at Mr. Appliance fixed our dryer. They were extremely professional and went out of their way to accommodate our schedules. They messaged out a picture of the technician the day prior to the visit, and they fixed the dryer for a reasonable price. When we developed issues with the timer on the washing machine soon thereafter, Jason helped us out. The laundry machine is quite old and replacement parts were hard to come by. Jason found a replacement part on E-Bay. We ordered it and it arrived two days before Christmas. A member of their team came out on Christmas eve to install the replacement. They are quite dedicated to customer service. Overall, I would highly recommend them and would use their services again.

Absolutely fantastic service from Mr. Appliance and their representative, Dana Bushrod. They were available on very short notice and provided next day service on two occasions - to disconnect and reconnect our gas oven and range. Gina and Dawn were really helpful, friendly, and professional on the phone. Dana was on-time for both calls and he was very efficient and professional. The charges were very reasonable and Dana was great about explaining the prices. I would recommend them to anyone looking for appliance service and will certainly use their service again.

Requested an appt. to fix dryer vent in ceiling. I gave written details that the vent was UP IN CEILING (see message below). Repairman came to my house and said they do not open ceilings. I was charged a $100 consultation fee and company refused to refund it.The dryer vent goes vertically up into theceiling, and across the hall into the guest bathroom. In the bathroom, it makes 90 degree turn facing the back of thehouse and that is where it exits the house. At the 90 degree turn in the bathroom, is is leaking each time the dryer isturned on.I would think the company would make the customer aware (before the consultation) that the vent has to be ACCESSIBLE. Owner disagreed with me and said that because of COVID and the losses they incurred, they would not refund the money.

Came out to fix our old stacked washer/dryer. Dryer was squeaking very badly.Pros:-Very responsive-Sends a text with a picture of the tech that will be arriving to your house with a short time windowCons:-did not clean up after themselves-left wires hanging out of dryer they were fixing-had to come back multiple times to fix issues that weren’t originally broken and they might have causedOverall very nice people. I cannot speak to the price because my landlord paid.

Called Mr.Appliance on Monday and they were able come out today. The tech took his time looked over everything. Our refrigerator is from 2008. The compressor is going up the seals are real bad. He tried different places to find the compressor unfortunately it is no longer available.He was very sorry that he could not fix the trouble. Their felt rate to come out was under a 100.00. Good price. Gave me some places to check out for a new one. Just got a call from the owner making sure that everything was ok with the service call today. I told him the same thing. Thanks for showing up on time and not taking me to the cleaners. You need something looked at call Mr. APPLIANCE.

Had 2 appliances servicedFirst was a gas stove, the technician arrived within the window, was friendly, explained what he thought the problem was - and the cost in a best case and worst case scenario. I didnt have the repair made as it was too much compared to a new stove - but overall this was a good experience.The second appliance is where I got upset, I called and let them know that I had an LG fridge that was not cooling. When the technician arrived he told me it is a very common issue with the LGs that the compressor fails and he would confirm. After 5 min and removing 2 panels he confirmed it was a bad compressor. He then told me to call LG and put the unit back together. What upset me was that I paid $125 for 15 minutes & to be told to just call the manufacturer for a known issue - which the dispatcher could have told me.

The owners were the only good part about service with Mr. Applaince. Both techs who came to our house to do repair were rude. They would not listen to us when we told them what was wrong with fridge, made the wrong repairs - which we fully paid for and had to come back to make repairs again. This time again we paid and the correct repair was what we had been telling - the fact that top compartment of fridge was not getting any air. The first tech said we left the door open or freezer even though freeze was fine and there was nothing wrong with. Also we have an alarm that if fridge is left open for 30 seconds it beeps very loudly. After discussing with owner, a new tech was sent whom we showed that fridge temp is at 69 when it should be around 37. He said the sensors are all messed up and had us pay for new sensor board and whatnot. After almost 500 being paid, fridge still not repaired. So I called again and same tech came out and this time he said the top part of fridge is not getting any air and fan is broken (like we said to both techs on first visit). He said part was discontinued so the owner called and said he would figure out how to get this fixed. I looked up the part mentioned and cost of part was 62. Owner called me next day and said they would come and make repair but it would be around 120 cause they are making me only pay for part and not service since I have paid close to 500 already. Finally on last visit, instead of owner the same tech came and put in the fan and fridge is working. Owner called back with invoice of 142. I paid it but was prompted to write this review to share my experience. I gave paid 700 for a repair that should have been close to 200. Even first time, they charged me tax twice and I tried explaining but I left it go cause it was $12 but then I had to pay even extra for it being broken still. No refund given even though they messed up and charged me more. The whole ordeal took 3 weeks.
