I was informed via text message of earlier openings, appointment reminders, and ETA of service. At the time of service I was greeted with professionalism, they were willing to answer any questions, and even took before and after photos. Air duct pros came on a rainy day and took care to keep my floors clean. They explained the procedure throughout the cleaning process and cleaned up after they left. I can not recommend air duct pros not only for their affordability, but the attention to detail and excellent customer service!

The communication was great throughout the process. I got an appointment within my desired time frame. I received a text to remind me of my appointment the day before and to give me an update on an earlier estimated arrival time which worked out great. I received a phone call and text when the techs were on their way and they arrived on time. The process of cleaning the air ducts was explained thoroughly and went very smoothly and quickly. I was pleasantly surprised to be shown photos of the ducts before and after they were cleaned and also received the photos via email afterward. This made the experience very satisfying to actually see the difference. Without the photos you have to take their word that theyve done a thorough job which in the past was fine for me because I trust this company but the photos give you extra peace of mind that youre getting what you paid for. The price for what you get is also a great value and they give a repeat customer discount. I have referred my friends and family and will definitely use Air Duct Pros in the future.

Called them to schedule and they came out the same day! These guys run through their procedure like a well-oiled machine. They know what they are doing, and they are obviously experts in their field. Also, they wont try to scare you or sell you extra stuff you dont need. I asked if my dryer vent could be cleaned, and Duane told me my dryer duct is so short, it would be better if I just saved the money and did it myself. He even thoroughly explained how to do it! This companys goal is just to help and service people, and are not money hungry which is rare these days! I will be recommending them to everyone I know.

Very professional company. They gave a flat rate price and it didnt change after they did the work. The owner and his assistant arrived on time and explained the process as they were going. In researching air ducting cleaning companies, I really appreciated the informative video clips of the duct cleaning process that Air Duct Pros has on their website, as well as their description of services. The Air Duct Pro team arrived on time on the day of service. The lead guy (two men) was helpful and informative about what they would be doing as he assessed the layout of our HVAC system. The whole cleaning process took a little over two hours. The men were careful with their equipment and with our stuff (walls, furniture). During the whole cleaning process, the lead guy was always available to answer questions and he also gave us periodic updates with before-and-after pictures. The two men make a great team ... they were professional, upfront/honest, efficient, knowledgable, and had worked in so many houses together that they worked like a well-oiled machine. After a super frustrating ordeal with another Air Duct company that essentially scammed me, I found Air Duct Pros. I shared what had happened and was assured that would not be the case working with them. All my communication was done via text (which was a nice bonus so I had record of our conversation) and I was easily able to schedule an appointment. Duane and his team were very friendly and personable. They even gave some love to my pups when they got in the house. I felt comfortable as Duane informed me about everything he was going to do and why. They were done with the job well-within the time window and showed me all of my before and after pics. I was having issues with indoor allergies so I decided have these guys out to the house. It’s rare that a company is so responsive and professional as these folks. They showed me how the process works, took pictures before and after. My ducts were 20 years old and had never been cleaned. They were filthy and now you could eat off of them. There are so many Bait and Switch companies that we were absolutely relieved to find ADP. If you take a look at their site they have videos on what to look for. They also show you the cleaning process not only on their site but walk you through it in home.The owner of the company comes and does the work first hand with his workers. That in itself shows you that this company takes pride in what they do. They are professional, polite, and knowledgeable. Any question that I had was answered and any information that they felt I needed to know they shared.ADP also takes time to take before and after pics of your vent system to show you how much dirt/debris was taken care of. They swept! Yes! You read that correctly. ADP took the time out to sweep up any small particles that may have hit my floor. I even insisted that they didnt have to but they still did. Great company! We will be using them again as well as referring our friends who are homeowners to them.

It was helpful to know about changing of air filters a little sooner, before they get “bad,” and that duct cleaning should be done about every 3-5 years. No upselling. Easy to set up appointment they had availability a lot sooner than other companies. Also their price was $160 less than a company that does heating, electric, and air ducts (_____& Sons...). Its correct what they say you want to hire a company that specializes in only duct cleaning. They arrived promptly on time. The technician was extremely knowledgeable and very informative. We found out our recently purchased home from 1990 never had a duct cleaning as there were no holes cut at all. He did a thorough job and also showed me the mold that was inside the vents. We did end up adding the spray for mold since we wanted to start off with clean vents. He also showed me an easy way to clean the vents to maintain them between cleanings. I highly recommend and will be keeping their information for future cleanings.

We had Air Duct Pros clean our ducts back in 2008, at which point they installed an air purifier. Their work was thorough and reasonably priced.Fast forward to 2018 and the fuse on our air purifier wasnt working any more. In spite of how long ago we purchased the product, Air Duct Pros went out of their way to research which product we had installed, which fuse it was, and had the manufacturer provide us with a replacement fuse. Michelle was so kind and helpful. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Air Duct Pros was really easy and professional to work with - until the end of the appointment. They had strong communication when making the appointment, and also when they came out to explain the process prior to doing the job. When it came to the actual cleaning of the ductwork, they did a great job, and worked quickly and efficiently. They did leave all the dryer lint (from cleaning the dryer vent) on the back deck. They also left half a grocery bag full of garbage/debris in my front yard and driveway. Unfortunately I didnt notice that until well after they left, as I didnt go outside! I also didnt notice that when they cleaned the dryer vent, the tubing got unhooked from the dryer. Just double check everything before they leave. A few weeks after the the job was completed, I was discussing this company in a Facebook moms group. I was disappointed when I realized I received slightly different treatment than the other moms. The other women said that at the end of the job, Air Duct Pros walked them through the entire home and explained everything they did. I never got that option; just the trash outside after they left. Locally owned and operated business, no gimmicks or BS. They sent a reminder text the day before, called me the morning of the appointment to let me know when the crew would arrive, and they were on time. I made an appointment with air duct pros weeks ago for a weekday morning. I took a half day away from my office. Despite my call to make the appointment and two confirmation calls from their office, not ONE time did they ask where is your furnace?. On arrival they finally ask and brusquely say, while standing on my threshold, we cant do it. My furnace is on my roof; which is NOT unusual for a residential property in Baltimore city. Simple question to ask. They then proceeded to ARGUE with me that it is not their responsibility to ask these questions when making or confirming their appointments. Both the servicemen (and I use the term service loosely) and their dispatcher say that asking a simple qualifying question before wasting a consumers time is not our job. No service and apparently a lack of interest in improving their services. Sad.

I had seen a few 5-star reviews from people in my neighborhood so I figured at least some had to be legit so we gave them a try; and very glad we did. The whole process from making the appt to the completion of the cleaning was superb. I made the appointment online, I believe on a Sunday and on the next business day they confirmed everything. Day before the appt got an email regarding the appt and a text message on the day of the delivery when they were 30 minutes out. The came in, explained the procedure, I showed them around and off to work they went. Now and then they would ask if I wanted to see the dirty ducts..yep they were dirty! As well in the bedroom, a previous owner had put a filter behind 1 of the grates way up on the wall. That filter was 100% plugged!! As well, for a low price of $75 they cleaned out the dryer ducting. They cleaned up after themselves and asked if everything was done to my satisfaction, including the cleaning, which we were. These 2 men came to work, no diddling around, and they did to a very high standard. I can assure you, the 5-star reviews are legit and they work hard to attain them.

He was honest about the condition of the ducts (not as dirty as I had feared, but in need of a good cleaning nonetheless), and didnt try to sell me extras (dryer vent cleaning, outdoor system cleaning, etc. like another company I got a quote from that wanted twice as much for the job. We purchased service with Air Ducts Pro as part of a promotional deal. They were very quick to schedule service, and showed up right in the middle of the designated arrival window. The cleaning of the ducts was very thorough - they cut holes in the main lines and hooked up their vacuum line that was run in to the house through a window in the basement, and dislodged the gunk in the supply and return lines with their powered, spinning brushes. They showed me before and after pictures of the return lines and let me look myself into the more accessible ones, and the amount of junk on the surfaces before cleaning was impressive - after cleaning it looked much better! The house smelled fresher too. Due to some signs of rust and what might have been mold, they recommended a disinfectant service, but didnt give me a hard sell or scare tactics on it - simply presented the options and let me choose for myself if I felt it was worthwhile. When they were finished they closed up all the holes and thoroughly cleaned up after themselves. All in all great service!

My wife has severe allergies and the home we just purchased has a significant air quality problem. After visually inspecting our crawl space and vents, I knew that a shop vacuum was just not going to do it. I watched all of the scams on Youtube and scared myself into really researching the companies I was considering to hire for this service. After running the gauntlet of Internet sites, I found Air Duct Pros. Their site was easy to use, has LOTS of information, and setting an appointment was a breeze.On the day of the appointment, the owner and an assistant were the ones that came out. It says a lot about a company if the owner is the one doing the work....at least it does to me. Both were very friendly, explained EVERYTHING, and did not try to pressure sell anything. I knew I wanted the vents cleaned and the Enviro spray, so the overall process was great. After seeing the nastiness blow out of of the gas power suction fan, it was clear that these vents were in dire need of cleaning.I am very glad I chose Air Duct Pros and have already recommended them to my friends/family on Facebook. 5-stars all the way!

I rent an old Rowhome that is always dusty. After reading around, it seemed like getting the HVAC system and ducting cleaned might help. I checked Angies List for a few quotes, and Air Duct Pros were the first to respond (in about an hour). Their offer was better than the other two offers I received, and much more straightforward - $299 to clean the system with no restrictions. Another company seemed to have half a dozen things that could cost more based on what they saw when they arrived. I didnt like that.I scheduled online which was very easy and convenient. Id been dragging my feet and wanted to get the work done before our daughter was born and ended up scheduling a few days before our due date, much to my wifes disdain. I got an email later in the day asking if I wanted to move my appointment up, which was great. I enjoy seeing businesses that are efficient and helpful.I got a call about 45 minutes before they arrived confirming my appointment which was very convenient. We walked through the house and did an inspection of the entire system, and the technician explained exactly what they were planning to do. He took the time to show me what the ducts looked like before they started cleaning, and at the end before they closed everything up. When he was inspecting the unit in my basement, he called me down to point out what looked like mold. He said he would inspect the system and make a recommendation if he saw any issues without trying to pressure me or scare me like sometimes happens with mold. All in all, very professional.The cleaning took about 45 minutes once they were set up, and it was very thorough. He showed me where a previous HVAC service had blocked where the filter should have been installed (I could not find one after taking the system apart on at least three occasions). The previous tech had apparently stuffed a filter inside the intake which had picked up a nice coat of mold. Source of mold identified! The technician suggested we perform some mold remediation and offered that he was mold certified and could take care of the issue, or indicated I could find another service. For the $100 no-pressure up-charge, I gladly accepted.He gave me a few options for what I could do to add a filter, and explained the pros and cons of each method. I ended up installing return filters rather than trying to mess with rewiring the main unit. Both technicians who came out were friendly and took the time to show me what they were doing and encouraged me to inspect the work. There were no hidden charges, and the service was finished in the amount of time to which they had committed.Overall, this was a great experience. Id highly recommend their services.

They broke my vents and did not repair them. They said it was an old vent that was going to brake anyways. Stay away.

Use them to have my dryer and ducts cleaned every few years
