I called Superior Cleaning Solutions over the weekend (first on Saturday to inquire about tile & grout cleaning services, then on Sunday to book the service). They were able to send someone out on Monday with a 1 PM - 4 PM timeframe. Tyler got to the house just after 1 PM and provided an estimate for what we were looking to have done. He did our kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and the shower tiles in about 2 hours, and they look almost new! Having just moved in, we saw such a difference! He was even able to give us a quote for carpet cleaning while he was here. Very professional and pleased with our service! Would recommend and would definitely use them again!

Ricardo was very Professional & Friendly. We were getting ready to sell our house & he made the carpets look very good. Carpets were old & had many stains. He removed most of the stains & explained why he couldnt remove all. I would definately recommend this company and will use them again if needed.

We hired Superior Cleaning Solutions to do a list of services for our property which included: Home power washing, Deck and Patio power washing, gutter cleaning and vent cleaning. The cleaning crew was professional, courteous, and on time. They went about their work efficiently and explained everything that they were going to do. There were options but I was not pressured into choosing something that was unnecessary. It appeared that they were able to clean everything including the major areas that I pointed out to them prior to starting work. I wont know how well it all turned out until the carpet completely dries but, from what I can tell, they did an outstanding job!

I had Lonnie and Tyler from Superior cleaning enter my home to clean my hvac ducts. I had an issue with mold growing up the walls leading from all of my vents.I used to be a long term customer to Michael and sons, who sold me a reuseable filter for over $500. Michael and sons had claimed it was the best option for my unit. At that time, I knew nothing about homes, and had rented my entire life up to inheriting my current home. They upcharged that filter for a few hundred dollars. Well, it turned out, that that filter was causing some of my mold related issues in my home. Not only did they upcharge me by over $400 for just a filter, they also cost me THOUSANDS in damage to my home. Last year, in an effort to self remedy my mold issue, i had replaced my moldy insulation in my coils, and installed a uv light.Unfortunately, the mold continued to grow.Superior cleaning came in, was able to suck out plaster from renovations that have been done over time, and spray the mold. They taught me about more effective filters and annotated that I’ve lights don’t always work to treat mold issues in ductwork.My air actually feels cleaner, I’m not choking on the air in my home anymore like i used to, even though i had multiple air purifiers and dehumidifiers set up. I also had noticed that my upper floor felt hot in the summer. Superior cleaning was able to locate leaks in the ductwork and temporarily remedy it for me until I could manage to find a long term solution.They showed up early due to a cancellation, and were very kind and professional the entire time. It was a pleasure to have them in my house, and they didn’t try to scam me. I’ll be utilizing their services in the future and would highly recommend them, especially for their hvac cleaning or mold in ductwork services.

Kerry was referred to us by a neighbor who had used him numerous times in the past. We were not disappointed. He showed up on time and was able to remove the grime from our gutters and leave our house sparkling again.

Technician arrived at scheduled time. He was polite and very knowledgeable. He went straight to work on my carpets which were dirty and stained. Hired for deep carpet cleaning and stain removal. They cleaned most of the carpet reasonably well except the high traffic areas they were unable to remove the deep stains in the high traffic. So overall, they cleaned the clean carpets, and the dirty spots are still there.

Was able to get next day service and they were early for their appointment which was lovely! Very responsive and knowledgable.

Had our dryer and vent cleaned for $200 and when running it a day later its still taking an excessive amount of time to dry. I pulled down the inside vent that connects the dryer to the house and its absolutely caked in lint. I assumed for 200 bucks they would have taken the inside vent down as well.Edit: company offered a partial refund for the missed vent

My dog has decided that she liked where her niece, also a daschund, had an accident on the wall to wall carpet. She decided that this would be her new nighttime restroom spot. Superior had done a beautiful job for me in the summer... and they were offering 3 rooms cleaned for 99$.They brought a black light to find the areas in need of neutralizing... then did the entire carpet. Beautiful result!! This is the nicest family in the world... and they make it easy to support local businesses. I will never use anyone else!

If I could give this company more than 5 stars I would. I was so frustrated because before contacting this company, I tried to clean the carpet myself on more than one occasion to get rid of the pet stains. I was actually looking into replacing the carpet thats only a year old. This company was able to treat and clean my carpet and it looks brand new and smells so much better. Was referred via my neighborhood facebook page. There was another recommendation for a local company, but after leaving a message, and several unanswered calls, I opted to give these guys a call. This is a small family run company, and communication was excellent. The initial time window was 9-11, but around 8am I received a call that they had to clear an emergency call, and would be closer to noon. This was not an issue at all, and the communication was top notch. They arrived just when stated, and quickly went to work. They are properly equipped with the knowledge, tools, and everything needed to get the job done properly. I felt that pricing was fair, and I was quite happy with the outcome of the visit. A long standing problem was resolved in under 2 hours, and I could not give them more praise.

The owners son greeted me by phone to notify me he was on his wayto clean my carpets. I appreciated this notification, because i could get ready. Once he arrived, he introduced himself, examined the areas to be cleaned, explained the solutions and processes he would be using. Then he took time to answer any questions I had and to discuss the price. Once everything was agreed upon, I allowed him to continue to clean 3 rooms of carpeting. He did a very professional job. I admit, I have a hard time hiring people I dont know to come into my home, but having suffered with severe allergies for some time, I knew it would be beneficial to have my air ducts cleaned. I used Yelp to send out a request for quotes, and made it clear in my message that I dont play the bait-and-switch game; meaning, tell me your price(s) up-front, and dont waste my time.Kerry, owner of Superior Cleaning Solutions, was one of the first businesses to contact me (almost immediately after sending my message). He seemed personable, he was patient in answering my questions, and he directed me to his website, where I could view all of his prices before deciding whether or not to hire him. I not only decided to hire him to clean the air ducts, but to clean our dryer vent, and some of our carpets as well.Not only were he and his son on time, but I received a call about an hour prior to their arrival to let me know they were on their way. When they arrived, my husband and I walked them through our home and discussed exactly what we wanted done. He also inspected our furnace and showed us what was going on in there (gross!!). We were shown a list of costs for the services we wanted (same as what the website showed), as well as options for services we might want (for example, we ended up having our ducts fogged for dust mites, bacteria, etc). After that, they went straight to work. They had plenty of hose to reach all the vents and returns in my two-story home. I didnt have to worry about them parking directly in front of or behind my home like other businesses had stated.Both Kerry and Tyler were so personable, professional, and did such a great job that I wish I could hire them for every job I need completed in my home. I will never let my air ducts go so long without professional cleaning again, and I now know exactly who Ill be calling when that time comes.

I hired Superior cleaning Solutions to come out and clean my dryer vent. It turned out there was a whole bunch of lint and the dryer wasnt even connected anymore. Superior cleaning cleaned up all the lint, reattached the dryer to the vent and cleaned out the vent going outside. They did an awesome job and were very professional when realizing that it would be a bigger job than expected. I really appreciated all of their help and did it all for a very affordable price!

Superior Cleaning Solutions came within 30 minutes of our calling when we realized our basement had flooded. They worked for hours to vacuum water, take out carpet and set up dryers so we did not incur any further damage. They were responsible, coming back several times to reposition fans and follow up on humidity readings, and came when they said they would come. They were professional and dependable . They walked us through a house crisis thoroughly, including securing all documents we needed for insurance purposes as well. I highly recommend them.

I was very pleased with the carpet cleaning service until I realized that my furniture wasnt moved and the carpet under the furniture wasnt cleaned.I asked if they moved furniture and was told yes, with the exception of china cabinets, entertainment centers, dressers and beds. Therefore, I expected my couches, coffee table, and recliner to be moved and the carpet cleaned. They did a great job cleaning my sectional.
