I have been visiting this office for years. Initially, I was extremely nervous about going because in the past Ive had horrible experiences with Dentist. When visiting this office, the staff was amazing. Robyn has always been friendly and flexible with my schedule. I cant begin to explain my comfort level while getting my teeth cleaned now, and this is all thanks to Sam! Sam understood my level of fear and goes above and beyond to make sure Im comfortable every visit. She really does have the patience of an angel. Dr. Postol is also amazing. He not only comes in to check my teeth but he jokes with me and talks with me about whats new happening in my life. Last year, I relocated to Georgia but I still manage to make my way to Dr. Postols office for my teeth cleaning every 6 months. They turned a huge fear of mine into a now wonderful experience! :)

Referred to Dr Postol for sleep apnea alternative treatments to CPAP. He and his staff extremely knowledgeable and kind. They were advocates dealing with insurance as well. My husband’s sleep apnea was effectively treated with dental appliance and he no longer needs CPAP. If you are looking for alternatives to CPAP, look no further. We are very pleased and wish to thank him publicly.

I have seen Dr. Postol for all my dental needs for the past 10 years. I had severe gum recession and was fortunate enough to have a procedure called Pinhole Surgical Technique to help the situation. I have actually had the procedure in 2 different areas in my mouth and I’m very happy with the results. My recession is much improved and I’m happy I had it done.The office staff is very helpful and Dr. Postol is a caring professional who will answer any questions you may have. The office is beautiful and clean and very up to date with technology.

This has been our family dentist for years. My husband grew up going to him and when we got married I began going there. I didnt see a dentist as child, and they were very nice during my cleaning and the root canal I needed. Ive loved them ever since. The whole office has been so great! They are always friendly, welcoming, and can answer any question you have. We now take my son and he loves them as well, our 3 year old has his first appointment soon too! Would recommend this place with out a doubt!

TD:IL Dr. Postol charged me over $1900 out of pocket plus insurance for a useless device. Be warned they have you sign dozens of papers that initially looked like waving your rights to sue them (I wonder why) and later learned it waves your rights to get fittings /adjustments for free as required by insurance providers. I was told by my insurance it was free, so when I left after my fitting I was shocked the front office demanded over $100 payment for each follow-up visit (btw not even seen by the Dr. but by a tech) even if the device isnt fitted right. I now have a $3k paperweight that if used cuts my gums. Ive suffered wth my apnea since.Detail :I sought Dr. Postol for sleep apnea after a failed CPAP treatment. My initial visit went very well, impressed even, his wife did a good job navigating insurance, but was difficult to reach. Dr. Postol was intelligent and fun to converse. Dr. Postal forces you to sign a plethora of legal documents that when I brought up a concern, they claim are to protect you and them and they would never charge if the device had problems, but in truth it gives them the right to change what they want.I first had an issue with my insurance not covering the procedure, but after changing insurance years later and desperation for a solution for a good nights sleep, I opted to pay the over fifteen hundred dollars out of my pocket to get the dental device. Im disabled and unable to work, so this was a substantial investment in my health, and they knew this. I was stunned office insisted to charge me over $100 and I go home and wake up with new cuts. After four attempts I could no longer afford to get a working device.You can quickly tell they are about money, the front entry is posh. The staff tried to shame me when I told them their tech said for seeds there was no charge, and insurance required it be free, but she insisted, was rude v and demeaning.Finally, I witnessed Dr. Postol making derogatory comments towards the women who work for him, and yes, all of the staff are women of a similar type. Perhaps it was on jest, but it made ME uncomfortable.To your response :I wrote a review over a year ago, it was refused - it would not let me post again until now. I tried many times to come to the office to get it corrected,and I called three times since then and left messages with no return calls over a 3 month period.

Ive been going to Dr Postol now for almost 2 years. The main reason I chose him was a flyer that I received in the mail when I first moved to town. He was offering a promotion for a free whitening kit that caught my attention. However, I must say I got pretty lucky because he has turned out to be one of the best dentists Ive ever been to. His office is always clean and comforting. His staff has always been very personable and accommodating. I am usually greeted by my first name and with a smile. His office has a family feel to it. I truly believe he does what is the best for his patient not just his wallet. From the first time I met him he took an interest in me as a person, not just a customer or patient. I experienced some sever pain with a tooth over the weekend and upon a call to his office I was seen the next day. I would highly recommend him to any of my friends or family.

I was just there for a regular cleaning and then a gum surgery. I have been using Dr. Postal for my dentist for many years. His staff are always friendly and helpful. Dr. Postal and his staff makes going to the dentist a pleasant experience. (Especially when you have the option of watching TV or listening to music during the visits) Even though I moved to South St. Louis four years ago when I got married, I continued to use Dr. Postal as my dentist. Now that I moved back into West County, I will still continue to use him as my dentist.

Let me start by saying I am the biggest baby in the world when it comes to going to the dentist. The first thing you realize when you walk in Dr. Postol’s office Is how nice everyone is. They talk to you and immediately try to make you feel comfortable. It was my first cleaning in 5 years tonight(hence the fear) but it was great. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone!

Ive always had great service and high quality care from Dr. Kevin Postols office. The staff were attentive to my needs and my dental cleaning and exam on this trip was actually pain free and thorough. I had an appointment about a month later but was added to their list to call if a cancellation occurred to get me in earlier. I received a call and was seen later the same day. Ive had dental work beyond just fillings with his office. Ive never had any problems and the procedures are just as good now as when it was completed a few years ago. Bottom line, he is a dentist youd want to stay with.

Today I recieved the best care Ive ever had at a dentist office. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left, I was treated with respect, comfort, and had absolutely no pressure. He takes the time to talk to you, and understand your needs not just a rolling through the line and onto the next patient. The hygienist cleaned my teeth and took time with me to educate me as a patient about my mouth. You do NOT find this often! I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Postol today because my 4 yr old daughter had broken her 2 front teeth and I needed someone to help me know what to do. One of his amazing staff members, Delva Hutto, took wonderful care of my daughter and her X-ray and the procedure her and the dr ended up doing on Paxton, which was the removal of both teeth.. I highly recommend this place to take anyone in your family! From the receptionist desk to the employees I saw all had smiles and the hygienist that helped my daughter feel at ease to the amazing dentist, Dr Postol, everything was incredible, quick and the opposite of traumatic for my 4 yr old which is a win win win for me! My family have been going to Dr. Postol for close to 15 years. my jobs have taken us all around the country and the world and have to say that Dr. P and his staff are tops in my book when it comes to dentistry and a very competent staff. During a routine cleaning Dr. Postol asked me if I had ever noticed that one of my son’s front teeth was a different shade than the other. Seeing the doubt in my eyes he brought me to the area where my son was and showed me under the examining lights that indeed his one tooth was discolored. He then explained that left alone the tooth would continue to die and the color could worsen. I’m so thankful to Dr Postol for finding the damaged tooth and for his recommendation that saved my son’s smile. This is just one example of how I know I picked the best dentist upon our relocation to the St Louis area! Thank you Dr Postol!!

I had an emergency because of a fall I had taken. I was referred to Dr. Postol by a friend. I did not have a dentist at the time. They got me in right away . They took great care of me. I needed a cap on my two front teeth and you cant even tell that I have them.This is an amazing dentist with and amazing staff.I wouldnt go anywhere else.One more thing........ I hate going to the dentist as Im sure many people do, I mean were paying good money to have someone inflict pain on us. Ive also had my fair share of bad experiences with shoddy dentists.None of that is the case with this office, while I did experience some issues with some temporary veneers, the office was always there to get things fixed asap and my permanents look awesome! Ive had no issues with the permanents. I would definitely recommend Dr. Postol and his staff.

I recently had my first cleaning at Dr. Postols office and it was the best dentist experience Ive ever had. Candace did my cleaning and I think she did the best job anyone has ever done on my teeth! And we had alot of fun! Dont worry she wasnt making me try to talk with her hands in my mouth or anything her timing is good she talks while shes cleaning then while shes changing tools and what not gives you the chance to talk back. Much better than laying there awkwardly silent with someones hands cleaning your mouth!Then I met Dr. Postol and he was just as great as Candace I got a great referral from him for orthodontics and while my teeth are straight I have a bit of an overbite that I just assumed Id have to live with forever but turns out it can be easily aligned. I can easily say Ive found my lifetime dentist!

When I moved to St. Louis in 2011, I called around looking for low dental rates. Dr. Postol was one of the lowest, so I wasnt expecting much. Boy was I surprised! Dr. Postol and staff are an excellent team of professionals dedicated to providing sleep apnea patients with an oral appliance that really works well and gets you off your cpap machine. I am so pleased that I found his office and was a candidate for this. I met with Dr. Postol initially to discuss the requirements of getting the device and then they worked with my insurance company to get the most coverage. Everything went smoothly and right on time as expected. I know have this oral appliance and it works great. I cant thank him enough for what he did to change my life in dealing with Sleep Apnea
