I had a cleaning done but before that Ala (sp?) measured the pockets around my teeth which, as I remember, was very painful but this time it wasnt that bad. She took many xrays and then started my cleaning. It went well with zero pain. Then Dr. Angelina came in and reviewed the info and informed me that I needed one tooth capped and a number of protective procedures done including a deep cleaning. All of this was expected since I hadnt been to a dentist in a long time. They were very gentle in their procedures today and very courteous in their handling of my situation. I would recommend them to anyone seeking a dentist.

I chose Dr. Anisimova because of the glowing reviews that I read when looking for a new dentist. The reviews were correct. Everything interaction was great. The receptionist, Holly, was very attentive and informative. The x-ray technician was very nice and cared that she didnt inflict pain. The hygienist was thorough and gave me tips without scolding me for not doing all the things that I know that I should. And Dr. Anisimova took the time to discuss her thoughts and explained them well, offering me the options and then let me decide. No pressure, no giant list of excessive procedures that I didnt need. She is conservative and interested solely in my dental health. Another big deal to me was that I had my appointment for several months. When they ran into a staffing issue, they called me a number of days in advance and offered to fit me in before my scheduled appointment instead of punting me to some future date or cancelling on me altogether (which happened to me with another practice in 2/21). I highly recommend Dr. Anisimova and her practice.

She had a lot of tarter and bacteria to remove since I hadnt been to the dentist for a few years. My bad! DR A checked my teeth while Donna took notes. I have never had a dentist explain what I needed done and why and how she was going to do it. Donna explained my charges and set up my next appt. Jessica cleaned my teeth and did an excellent job. She had to make up for the poor job another dentist did on cleaning my teeth for the past few years, but she was a trooper and brought things up to speed. Everyone was communicative, kind, and professional. All my questions were answered before work was completed, and I didn’t feel like extra, unwarranted work was squeezed in for a profit. Definitely the best dentist office and staff I’ve seen in years.

Often, I like my experiences here. I like that Im - for once - told the ins and outs of procedures and what cons might come up as a result. However, I feel as though the Office Manager is overly pushy about how you manage your care and does not handle patients with severe anxiety well. While I understand that my care is important, the almost grating level of repeating myself to her and not being listened to turns me off to wanting to go back.edit 2021: after going to another dentist, I now realize how chaotic this office is. my family is converting to the new practice. we have decided it is better for us all and our anxieties.

New patient. Went there with a hurting issue. Choice was insurance driven. Was seen quickly, and issue was handled 100% professionally. Husband found Dr. A first. (He has terrible teeth! Grew up in small town and had poor dental care.) Dr. A has (and continues to) guide him thru a plan to address issues. Very reasonable $$. Others advised him MUCH more costly resolutions. We’ve been at this for a LONG time, and find Dr. A to be a great fit for us, and a wonderful physician. Moved here from Nashville 5 years ago and our dentist there happened to be our neighbor. She also taught dentistry at Vanderbilt University. An excellent dentist. Dr. A fills our needs equally — both with my pretty darn good set of chops for 65, AND for my husband’s train wreck of a mouth due to a poor childhood start to things.Unlike some other reviews here, I also found the office staff efficient, experienced, and accurate. I’d had an insurance issue which the billing person quickly took steps to resolve. (I hate doing stuff like that — and she handled it quickly!).This dental practice was a good find. I will recommend highly. 💝

They looked over an infected tooth a tooth I was having issues with. I had to go to a better dentist and they go right to the root of the problem..Im sure this office would be good for teeth cleaning and teeth whitening..

Im not one to enjoy going to the dentist but they help to relax you and are very welcoming. The decor is calming and warm. And during the work, they always ask me if Im doing ok and if the pressure is to much. Its nice to know that my sensitivity is noticed and taken into account. Im glad I chose to go to them for my dental work.

I was a patience and had a horrible experience. I paid to have a bridge made and today it hurts because it was not made properly to fit a smaller structure/mouth. After she received payment than I was blown off. There where mistakes made, my two good teeth where ground down to little pegs, and than once removing the temp bridge one tooth was broken from being thinning to far and thus resulted in my having to have a root cannel that should never happen. Right today these ill fitting teeth are causing me to constantly bite into my lips causing slits and bleeding. I tried to get all my dental records to switch dental office and was only mailed two pieces of paper and one photo, which I had many visits for services and they didnt want to release all the procedures that where done to me due to their bad services. I would not recommend to anyone. I tried calling her she fails to respond and just poor business customer service practices. I should have just had a flipper made but I was talked into having this expensive bridge work made and assured that I would be so much happier than wearing a flipper/partial but I am not. I regret having let them talk me into this decision and I feel like its a full set of false teeth ill fitting and a lot of pressure in my mouth on the other teeth and gum line. I thought by going further out of my neighborhood I would have better quality service, that didnt happen. I have regretted going here and would like to warn others of what happen to me and not getting satisfaction. Now I have to find another dentist to correct her bad work

I had a good experience and the staff were friendly. Dr. Anisimova has real good care about her patients. My dad was visiting me and so I had also taken my dad for his dental check up. She was genuinely worried about his dental health and suggested some options for him to check with his dentist once he is back. That tells me, its not always about the money and its about the care!

Best dentist Ive ever had. My previous dentist did such a poor job on some Bridge work that I went to an implant Center to replace three teeth. I asked them to refer me to a dentist in my area and they recommended doctor Angelina Anisimova. She has taken such excellent care of my teeth and has resolved several issues left by the previous dentist. Her staff is amazing and her prices are so reasonable that I was able to afford the care that I needed. I just wish I had started with her years ago.

I had a lot of work that needed done, and I was terribly scared of all of it. However, Dr. Anisimova really helped me feel better by being stern about the needs of my mouth (pressing how important it was that I didnt just keep avoiding work) but understanding and accommodating about my anxiety. I didnt have to wait a long time for the work to be finished, and within a month, 13 issues were sorted out, when in the past with other dentists it felt like it would have taken 6 months or more. Thank you!

I have no problem or issues with the Dr. I have an issue with the lady who deals with billing. Every time I have gone here, I paid with my care credit card. Never declined and no problems. Now she is saying I owe them money when I have paid through my care credit. When I spoke to her on the phone and explained that I already paid it and asked for it to be removed, she said “we don’t do that in this country.” Her exact words. Very rude and unprofessional! She even said “do you want your credit to be ruined?” A Week later I receive a letter from a debt collection agency for $100 that I already paid.I will never use this dentist again because of this headache. I would not recommend this dentist and I would advise against even going here.

I like the fact that Angelina Anisimova has a lab in house for crowns. I appreciate not having to go elsewhere to complete the procedure. Also it is nice to have a dentist that explained all the work I needed done and even had a chart detailing the problems areas.

Each person was very kind and personable, as well as spent time answering my questions and just talking. The new patient procedure was very thorough and the staff each seem to be proficient in what their job requires. Definitely a great experience that doesnt make going to the dentist a drag.

I found a new dentist and it was the best decision I made. Money hungry is the word of this facility. Paid in full with receipts for cleaning, x-ray, etc., they sent a bill for the same process the day I paid. Even tried sending a canceled appt. fee when I never scheduled an appt. Havent been there since the day the staff attempted to double charge me. I would suggest keeping all paperwork from their office if you pick this facility.
