They answer the phone and hang up before you get a chance to say anything so I had to book online. They do a decent cut and the lining is good but they really push you to let them do their own flair on your hair instead of listening to the cut you want.

Very professional barbershop, Vinny is my barber here. Always gets the haircut on point and I’ve never had any complaints. Said and Rob are also great barbers, but they’re always booked which isn’t unexpected because of the great job they do. Honestly any barber at this shop will get you right! another big plus is they use booksy for appointments which is super convenient!

Finding a good barber is hard and I was at luck to find this place in St. Louis. I got a really neat fade. It took approximately 30-40mins and that’s how you know that they treated you well! A decent barber shop if you want a military style buzz cut with really short sides or something like Justin Bieber would wear. Ive had a haircut from 3 different barbers and they only seem to know one way to cut hair, so no matter how you explain what you want it ends up looking the same. They mostly use clippers instead of scissors and dont know how to blend hair. Guess its back to a stylist for me.

He was nice but lack of basic English created a language barrier, causing him to give me the worst haircut of my life. And I don’t normally complain or write reviews but my hair is so uneven. I even had 2 pictures of what I wanted for him to refer to. He rushed through it and I regret paying for it. I couldn’t tell how bad it was until I got home because he left it all wet when he finished. His name was Rob btw.

My wife got a recommendation to try the Ballwin Barber Shop for our 11 year old son, so he and I walked in this afternoon (Monday) to give it a shot.Rabah was working his artistic magic on another customer when we got there, and he politely informed us that they were closed Monday, that he was working on a special favor and invited us back another day. No worries, sign on the door (that I missed) clearly says Closed Mondays, my mistake. We walked back to the car but not 10 seconds later he hustled out after us, said he could take care of us, so we turned around and came back in.He finished with his favor client (amazing work, Id observed), then turned to my son, and, with limited instruction/direction from me, got started. He didnt rush through it, though he couldve (thats what were used to with kids haircuts, right!). He didnt act like we inconveniencing him, though we were there on his day off. He was great.Watching Rabah work his craft on my squirmy 11 year old was awesome. Hed never sat in a true barbers chair before and its hard to imagine going anywhere else. I love seeing professionals who take tremendous pride in their work do their thing and Rabah exemplifies that attention to detail and overall quality. It was more than a haircut, it was an experience.First impressions matter and this was one of the best Ive ever had in the personal service industry. Looking forward to our next visit.

POORLY RAN BUSINESS! The building smelled of cigarettes. The worst part was that I waited two hours there and then some people the owners new walked in and told me all three of those people that walked in got to go before me. The employees were arguing with me when I walked out because I didn’t want to wait.CUSTOMER BEWARE!
