I will never take my business here again. I will never purchase another Nissan in general because of their horrific customer service Ive received here. I have called several times. First I called for the financial manager who never returned my calls. When I did get through several hours later and asked to speak in person, he said they had no time for me! I called and spoke to the manager, Brian, and he doubled down and said it was reasonable for him to say that to me. He accused me of trying to swindle them out of another car which is false. He basically mansplained everything to me on the phone. I hardly was able to speak and share why I was upset at the customer service. Then he hung up on me! I cannot express how livid and disappointed I am. It was a mistake to ever give them my business, and I will not make that mistake again.

Even though we didnt buy salesman Dave was very helpful and polite. There was a vehicle we was interested in and was on lift and couldnt look at it. Carlos was without question our favorite individual to work with over the years. He was very popular the day we were in but he always made us feel as we were his most important priority. Cannot say enough about how positive our interaction with Carlos was. We also had a pleasant experience with Dan King in Finance. Finance is generally the worst, right? Sorry, but it is. We did not feel pressured at all to purchase extended warranties, which can often happen, and felt comfortable selecting the plan best for us. I have experienced mostly frustrating experiences while dealing with Bommarito Nissan Ballwin. Most recently, I tried for 2 days to call and ask a question about my upcoming service appointment and the length of time needed for the service and potentially reserving a loaner car. After I was transferred to the service department, service advisor, service manager and dealership manager, I spoke with no one because the phone either rang non- stop or I got voicemail. ( this went on for 30 minutes of me hanging up and calling back and continued to be transferred to an empty phone) Finally, I left a voicemail for one of the managers. I received no call back to date. I arrived at the dealership for service and inquired about getting a loaner since last time I was here a tire rotation and oil change took almost 2 hours. I was told that was not possible unless my vehicle was getting a Nissan recall warranty service and it would take them more than a day to complete. Side note, when I purchased the vehicle I asked questions about loaner cars for service and the service I have had with a previous car where they pick your car up from your home or office, take it for routine service and then return it to you that day or the next day. I was told by Damon Sleeper, my sales person that both were possible here.Needless to say, I am disappointed and frustrated. Not only did it take 3 weeks to get an appointment and now this. I have never had a Nissan vehicle before this one. I am planning to go back to the previous make / dealership where I felt like a valued customer. On a positive note, after service my vehicle has been returned to me washed and vacuumed.

We drive 130 miles to purchase from Bommarito. The local dealers apparently do not know the meaning of dealing. Bommarito beat the local prices by a couple of thousand dollars or more. We purchased both of our kids cars there and got great deals. My daughter was impressed when she returned for included servicing, they spoke directly to her, not her brother that happen to be with her. That doesnt occur here, they automatically default to any male in the group. My daughter loves her Rogue and son loves his Maxima. When my wifes Murano needs to be replaced, we will be returning. A friend had suggested we go there, finding his glowing recommendation a little hard to believe. Well, he was right.

My experience was great! However I had an emission and safety inspection performed with my oil change but I did not receive the reports. I was told about needing an LED light for safety but I have to call back for that info.

Bought my vehicle here over a year ago hassle free. Super easy to do everything. The parts department is always well stocked, and the service is quick.

I just had my oil changed on 7/5/21. I was very impressed with the courtesy and attentiveness from the service team, as I drove into garage I noticed one of my headlights was out and the service guy, wish I got his name, he was so very helpful. As it was just a loose connection, may be a issue down the line. But after car was done I noticed they even washed my car for me while servicing my car. That’s an A+ in my book.. thanx guys. I went in to buy a new Nissan Sentra SR and that’s exactly what I did. I came in with a picture of the car off the website and that’s the one I ended up buying, though I would say I had to sell the car to myself in many ways. I didn’t drive the car until I actually had bought it, but when my salesman drove the car with me in it I asked what would sell me on the car and he just said “gas mileage,” while the gas mileage is wonderful my new car is full of so many more amenities that I feel I had to look up for myself. If I could give one thing about this experience 5 stars, it would be the finance manager, he was wonderful and insightful with my decisions for warranty and payment. He made the buying process as smooth as possible! I’ve had my new car for about a week and love it!

I called all throughout the day to try to get a different car through them since I only had this car for 1 full day. My phone calls were never returned. When I finally got through, they were not willing to help at all. I asked if I could come in and speak with them, and they said they had no time for me.Please DO NOT TRUST THEM!!! They do not have your best interest at heart. They will rip you off and not think twice about it!

Easiest car buying experience I have ever had. I would but another car from this dealer. Damon Sleeper was our sales associate. He knew the answers to all my questions and is very knowledgeable about the cars. I definitely recommend this dealer and Damon.

Dan was very accommodating, friendly, knowledgeable as well as professional. My daughter is currently living in Chicago, and was only in for a few days to swap out her older Altima for something newer. He showed us several Maximas (which was what she wanted), let us test drive them and even take one of them to our mechanic to be checked out, which was a huge help in our decision. My husband was able to get out there that same evening, we finished up the paperwork and had it all done within about 10 hours. He made it easy and pain-free. I will definitely pass on his name to others who might be looking for a car. We so appreciated his help!!

Other than its difficult to get an appointment, its always fine. I also like the rice krispy treats.

We intended to shop around to find the best deal on a pre-owned Nissan rouge, but we stopped at Bommarito first and new we wouldnt find another dealer that could beat them. Daniel Linton helped us and showed us a few different models, he was friendly and not pushy. He made the process smooth and enjoyable.

The actual service of the vehicle was great. The problem was when I got a call the next day saying that they forgot to charge me. Well, I had been told when I purchased my vehicle that I would have 3 free oil changes and also another one to be paid for the man who sold us the car out of his own pocket. These were incentives since they could not lower the price. Anyway, the service tech was able to get everything straightened out (thank you) and said that I would be receiving the coupons for the additional free oil changes in the mail. Well, it has been almost a month and I have still not received the coupons. Doing this survey reminded me that I need to call. I have never had to have coupons before, so I have no idea what is going on.

Everything was wonderful! The receptionist was really sweet helping me figure out where to go but the real star was Sead! He made my buying experience smooth and actually enjoyable (a rarity with dealerships) I’d definitely return for any of my car buying needs!
