Orchard Village has been exactly what we expected. The property is well maintained and feels like a resort instead of an apartment complex. Beautiful pool area, workout facility and club house. Staff have been awesome! Friendly, helpful and genuine. Great experience! Would definitely recommend.

OUT OF STATE stay away. They will send you pictures of something you will not get. They will ignore you as soon as you sign the lease. Nothing but mold and wavy concrete floors from the concrete foundation cracking from it being from the 60s (also looks like the 60s inside never had a serious renovation). The wavy cracking concrete floors have cheap glue downed vinyl flooring over the cracks on the floor form the concrete rising.Once your sign the lease they will ignore everything and blame corporate. Then claim they cant get a hold of corporate. They dont give receipts of rent and no documentation process. They claim auto pay then will say they prefer you to pay in cash or money orders. If they loose a check or money order etc you are on the hook for more money.Look up the bad reviews on corporate The Michelson OrganizationThey will remove bad reviews dont fall for it

The best apartment to live. We came her from Boston without having enough time to see a lot of options. We chose Orchard Village and we’re really so lucky to live her. Friendly community, great stuff members, fast maintenance service with the best maintenance guys, amazing playground, cool swimming pools that you really love to go there every day, and they an event and party like every two weeks.Thank you Orchad Village for your great service.

For the most part - the staff is friendly and maintenance is quick to respond to any requests. The property is pretty, quiet and peaceful. Aesthetically, the only complaints would be the outdoor wiring to Apts being as it is, it could have been hidden better. The bathrooms are a bit outdated and small but other than that … it’s a great place to be. The apartments offer more amenities than most and their bark park is actually really big.

BOEING or OUT OF STATE PEOPLE Stay Away. They will say you can auto pay etc but will claim an issue with the system. Then say they prefer you to pay the old school way by cashier check, cash or a dozen small money orders. Has to be several money orders bc no place will allow you to use a card for large amounts.They have no formal documentation/receipt process for payments. If they loose it you are on the hook for more money. This is on top the pictures they showed us when we were out of state were nothing that we moved into. We were stuck with the lease.They say luxury and will send you pictures of updated unit etc, but the whole place is straight out of the 60s. They will lie and ignore emails etc to not leave a trail of what they say b/c they are not afraid to lie to get you to sign a lease.Stay AWAY THEY WILL LITERALLY IGNORE YOU. When you confront people in person. Office blames corporate and corporate blames office.Look up bad reviews on corporate The Michelson OrganizationThey will remove bad reviews dont fall for it

Horrible management. The lady that works there lost my payment and then continued to blame me for it. Never answer phone calls and they are so expensive when the apartment or the service they provide does not meet approval

We’ve been at Orchard Village for 3 years and we had a great experience living within the community. I have nothing but positive things to say about the staff and the community as a whole. The complex and the grounds are always kept nice and clean. The staff are always clearing the sidewalks and blow the snow off your car windows in the winter. The staff is always quick to respond and very professional when responding to any service request. The apartment homes are kept up well and the maintenance staff is extraordinary at their jobs.Orchard Village has many amenities such pool, gym, a theater, a club house, a doggy park, and a small pond. It also has many different activities year round for the residents such as Appreciation Week for Residents, Cinco de Mayo celebration, Paint Nights, Happy hours and various activities during the holidays. The location is very convenient; you have access to many shops and restaurants extremely close by.There are many families here and the tenants are very quiet and respectfulI highly recommend Orchard Village to anyone looking for a new place to call home because of what it has to offer and for the peacefulness of the community.

Please stay away from here. Nice property and amenities however they do not respond to you when you have a situation. They ignore calls and emails. Their customer service and management is disgusting. It wouldnt let me post this review with 0 stars, or I would have. They do not even deserve the one star.

They have a large variety of living spaces from 1 bedroom apartments to 3 bed 3 bath townhomes. This place has what you’re looking for! The pool & clubhouse make this feel like luxury living. Lots of fun parties and events for the family. Highly recommend.

I have lived her on two separate occasions. The staff is Friendly and handles any issues quickly. Several of the apartment are renovated with beautiful kitchen islands and tons of cabinet space. They are also pet friendly with a large fenced in dog park. Great place for young couples and families alike.

We lived at Orchard Village for 2 years and honestly, if we could have lived there longer, we would have! Unfortunately, we needed a shorter term lease during these uncertain times and they did not offer that. We LOVED our apartment, the staff (especially Shauna), and the community.You will not find an office manager better than Shauna.. ANYWHERE. She makes it a point to know your name, where you live, and everything about you. She is always wanting to do things for the residents and make sure their home/community is exceptional.Maintenance is on point, always! We put in a request on a Sunday afternoon, fully expecting to not to have anything done until Monday or later.. nope. They showed up Sunday evening to take care of the request! They are always ensuring that the community is clean and taken care of. No need to worry about snow/ice in the winter, because they are out early taking care of the roads, as well as salting outside your apartment.I will say that the only let down was that towards the end of our lease, there was new office staff who were not as pleasant as some of the prior employees. If you asked a question that they thought was dumb, they laughed at you. They were also awful about returning phone calls or responding to e-mails.

We are very much new here approx 2 month now. We are loving the Apartment, neighbourhood and the management. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. The management showed up on time. What I can say is, its a family place.

We told them we were students looking for housing and would be using mainly loans to pay rent. They said that should be fine. We paid their fees, a few days later they called to say they had an opening and we had 72 hours to pay the security deposit. We called at the end of that 72 hours to ask a couple more questions. They told us, um, you dont have a place. What???? We almost paid the deposit right after they told us we got in. Then we asked what happened and they said, We usually dont take students because we dont make money.We ll, you should have said that before we paid all those application fees. Thanks for stealing our money during a difficult time when everyone is loosing their jobs.

I am beyond lost with words to say about how amazing this apartment is to live at! The staff is one of the most personable and loving staffs I’ve ever had with apartments. I am so glad that I had the opportunity to meet Shannan randomly when she came into the Starbucks I was working at. She was ordering coffee for a on the go morning breakfast for the apartment residents. I knew right then and there I needed into this gorgeous complex! It was the best decision I’ve ever made with moving!

My husband and I just moved to MO and Orchard Village made the move so simple. We had to do everything without seeing the apartment we moved into and they help so much by sending pictures of the home of the outside and inside. The application was easy that we did online and the day we showed up in town they already had everything ready to go!! This place is such a wonderful place to live! They always have some type of community events to unite the residents, and even during this tryiNg time, still orchestrate fun activities that meet the current social Distancing conformities. If there is ever an issue in your Home, the awesome maintenance staff will reply at a lighting speed and have your issue fixed ASAP. The grounds look beautiful and are kept up in tip-top shape. They even provide doggy dooty bags at multiple locations around the complex in order to ensure the property stays pristine. We have been living in our home for going on five years, and have no plans to change. Thank you OV!

I was on hunt for an apartment in the month of march- april 2019, because april 22 was my closing date for the current apt. I saw many many many apartments but none of them were good, either kitchen was shabby or bathroom was shabby or it was having coil or induction cook top. Such a horrible time, because my closing date was so close and I couldn’t find any good apartment which i can call a home. Then my husband found out this one. Let me tell you it was probably a divine interference that i got such a good and beautiful apartment just 10 days before closing. I saw the apartment and said yes then and there, because it has everything. Beautiful kitchen, gorgeous bath, gas cooktop, all new fixtures, i was so so so happy after seeing that and signed the paper. It’s such an expensive looking apartment at such a normal price that everybody who comes in gives a compliment. I have received so many compliments and thanks to the staff who went out of their way to get it ready within 10 days. 10/10 rating. They have so many events also almost every month. Painting day, goodie bag day, taco night and so many. You can never get bored if you live here. Welcome to this area if you are looking for a gorgeous apartment and beautiful community. Thanks

The management is at its best to handle all Maintaince activities when called-in. Also management has made its residents comfortable and eventfull everytime when it can by arranging food trucks or covid-distancing activities for kids and pets. So its been a pleasure to live in this community and will definitely refer whenever we can. Thank you.

I loved living at Orchard Village! The maintance staff is amazing. They would quickly fix any requests we had. They also make sure all the snow is off the sidewalks and streets. That was really nice. The location is convenient. Close to a lot of shopping. We just outgrow our space. Or else I would of lived there for a very long time.

We’ve been at OV for 2 years and have nothing but positive things to say. The complex is always kept nice and clean, and you’ll even find the staff clearing sidewalks and blowing snow off your car windows in the winter. My wife and I have been living in Orchard Village apartments for a year and a half now. We have loved it here. Our apartment is very nice, but still a good price. We live close to the dog park where we can take our dog out. The employees are always very nice and super helpful. We have loved Orchard Village!

My husband, son and I adore living in Orchard Village Apartments, so much so that we upgraded from their two bedroom townhouse to a three bedroom. The facilities are safe, well lit, meticulously maintained and the office team are top-notch. We are grateful for the eclectic mix of mid-level professionals and families who respect each other and create a family-centric and kind atmosphere.

My husband and I really enjoy living here and the staff is great and friendly. They remember our dog’s name anytime we bring him with us. The maintenance is also great and has fun events for everyone on the property 😊

Orchard village is by far the best Apartment complex I have lived. It is always clean and well maintained. Could not ask for a better location. The monthly activities are an extra bonus. The maintenance crew is amazing. Especially in the winter and keeping the roads and parking lots cleared.

Orchard Village is THE luxurious community in West County with advanced latest amenities and furnished apartments. They have 24 hour fitness center which is highly convenient. They also have Pools, Tennis court and scenic views. The Office Staff are professional, helpful as well as friendly while Maintenance staff is available for you 24X7. They have a ritual of organizing parties/ events every month, which no other community in ST. LOUIS does. I have found over the last year that you truly get what you pay for.

Very nice complex with respectful residents and very responsive staff. The complex is always so clean and take care of, and the grounds crew is always making sure the landscaping is nice. I would recommend this complex to anyone!

Orchard Village is the epitome of luxury living. A Manchester front property with everything you could dream of and more. I appreciate the grounds, beautiful flowers, and my favorite trees, the Japanese Maples throughout the property. I appreciate the time, energy, and money Orchard Village invest in the community and residents. The residents parties are amazing and i have met so many great friends and neighbors. I feel like I am apart of a family living at Orchard Village. The staff including maintenance has made the transition to apartment living fun and stress-free. They go above and beyond and take care of all my needs. They even love my puppy and give her dog treats when I stop in the office. Which I visit frequently for the free Starbucks, tanning, and 24 hour fitness center. I have never rented an apartment that felt truly like home until I moved in to Orchard Village. I love coming home, hosting parties, and investing in my apartment! I have referred so many friends and love where I live. This organization definitely is doing things right!

We have been her for a year and we love the atmosphere. Its a great community. Every couple of months, the complex puts on an event. Some just for adults, some family friendly. Usually involves food and fun! its been great living here!

Recently moved out of Orchard Village, but if my circumstances hadnt changed, I would have definitely renewed my lease! The office staff is very helpful and courteous. I didnt put in many work orders, but the ones I did, the maintenance staff was quick to get them done. Its in a really nice location too - almost everything I needed was a very short drive (or even walk) away from the property. I have lived there for three years now, and is very happy. My neighbors are great, every one is so nice. The maintain guys come and do what needs to be done and clean up and leave. I like to walk and feel safe in this area. The office staff is great and nice. I feel very safe all around here.

I have to say, finding an apartment is no easy task. My search ended at Orchard Village. I just signed this month and have already had fantastic experiences. First of all, my townhouse is awesome! Vern clean inside, great floor plan (six panel doors - WOW!) and secure. The grounds are beautiful - I cant wait for the spacious pool to open! I had a few minor maintenance issues that were fixed within hours by the assistant maintenance manager and his team. The assistant property manager and her team have answered every question Ive had with respect and attention, and Ive had a lot of questions!The complex is centrally located to major roads and highways, easy to find and it is priced very reasonably compared to other locations in the area. About Society: This place is excellent. We lived here for a little less than 2 years and have no complaints. Maintenance staff is awesome and things are fixed within a day. The office staff, the neighbors and the people we used to meet in the society were all good.Around Society: They have a nice area for evening walk, the grounds are well maintained and needless to say, it is on Manchester Road so you are never far from any place (of shopping) you wanna visit.About Apartment: The apartment area is on the smaller side and there is not enough storage space inside the apartment (at least the one we were living in). The good thing is that each building (of 10 apartments) has its own laundry room (2 washer and 2 driers). This is very convenient. The apartments have ample sunlight coming into the apartments.Overall a very nice place to live.

I have only had great experiences here. The grounds are immaculate and the apartments are pristine. This was very important to me. Most importantly, whenever I had any maintenance issues the staff took care of the issue in a timely manner. I also love how they plan occasional parties for the residents. Its a great way to meet your neighbors and it makes me feel like Im part of the community. I highly recommended this place to my friends!

If you are looking for a nice up to date place to call home you should check out Orchard Village. Just moved into one of the new updated floor plans they have and it is great! The Kitchen is Amazing and I have a great balcony. I did have to stay on the waitlist for about a month for them to get one but so far well worth the wait!! I’ve only toured these and they are very nice looking. Considering these for my next home. How is the noise level from tenants above or below? I ask because I currently live in apartments on olive and while they are nice I can hear everything from neighbor above me including his snoring. They blast tv all hours of the night :(.

I was referred to OV by a friend as a great place to stay that was close to work. It was a great decision. I spent 3 carefree years there. It’s a nice quiet neighborhood, and the grounds are always clean and well kept. If I ever had an issue, which was rare, maintenance was quick to fix the problem. The crew in the office, led by Shaunna, were always welcoming and accommodating, and they throw a great party in the clubhouse! 24 HR fitness room, swimming pool, tennis courts, and dog park too. If you’re looking for a place to stay in West County, you can’t go wrong with Orchard Village.

My husband and I have lived here for 9 years! The Staff is Awesome, the Maintenance group is unbelievable! If we have an issue they are here the same day that we call! Its also like living in a resort! They do so much for the Residents! Parties every month, activities for the kids and the adults! 24 hour fitness too! This is the place to LIVE! Thats why we never plan to move anywhere else! This is our home!

When I moved here, I was coming from the east coast. The staff was so helpful with the transition. I wasnt able to visit before I moved so I didnt know what the complex was like. Everyday I am reminded of how great of a choice it was to move here. I happily renewed my lease and even convinced my friends to move here.

Please avoid renting in this property. They are Dishonest, rude and expensive -. I havent lived here but I can say all the above for sure. I dropped by their leasing office last year and the prices were insanely high comparatively with the other apartments around.my review here isnt because what I experienced, its because of something a friend of mine had to go through today. He and his wife live with an infant and a toddler. They were going to vacate their house today and called up the leasing office to check if they allowed U Haul boxes on the property. After the leasing office confirmed, they went ahead and ordered them and parked them in front of their house so that they could load all their stuff in it. All of a sudden the manager of the property started harassing them that she will get it towed. She even went ahead and cursed him which is unacceptable. All of it after confirming that he was allowed to get the boxes. Creating hassle and discomfort to the entire family. They dont give a damn about the customers experience. Better not to give em any business.!

I’ve been here for 6 months and have liked it thus far. The staff is friendly and the repair people are quick. My only complaint is no recycling. It is 2018- how does this giant apartment complex campus not have any recycling bins?!

Orchard Village has been a great community to live in. It is very dog friendly which my wife and I love! There is plenty of space for her to play and lots of other friendly dogs for her to make friends with.

I love orchard village!! The office staff is my favorite and make you feel right at home!! The maintenance crew is always on top of it and go above and beyond to make sure your apartment is in tip top shape. There are so many fun events that OV throws, the pool is amazing, and the dog park is always exciting!! I have lived here going on my 3rd year and am so happy I chose OV for my St. Louis home :)

If I could give them a 0 Star I would.... management is sooooooo bad. I think it’s safe to say that they are thieves. They literally find excuse to keep the deposit money, they not only kept our deposit, but they also charged us more money. They charged us for things that were cleaning related, when they handed us a dirty apartment in the first place. If you want peace then don’t move here, they honestly just care about themselves. When I even asked to speak with her manager, she told me that her manager won’t even talk to me.. that right there should say something. They don’t care about you. Don’t move here, move to a place that will care about you and your concerns.

Visited not too long ago and I must say I was pleasantly surprised. The lady in the office was very welcoming and kind. She thoroughly showed me around the clubhouse and showed me their town-home. Both were beyond my expectations. Everything seemed very well kept up. I could tell a difference driving through this complex vs others in the area. I am not moving until the end of this year but plan on making Orchard Village my new home.

My wife, son and I have been living at Orchard Villages for a few months and are blown away with the level of service, quality of the environment and the peace of mind weve experienced. Before choosing Orchard Village Apartments we did an extensive search of condo/ apartment complexes in the area and chose Orchard Village thanks to Shannon Barragan-Soto, ARM and the entire team who made initial site visit, leasing process and move-in process feel like we were being treated like family members. They balance strict adherence to contracts/ standards with flexibility to family needs in a way that is highly professional and compassionate. Our little family is happy to serve as a reference for Orchard Village Apartments and highly recommend it as your next home.

What can I say the BEST place I have ever lived. So so welcoming in the office always a smile. When I walk in I know Im going to be treated fair and with respect. Plus they know they can always get me in front of that cool selfie station for a photo. The rest of the staff I dont talk with much I have only had a couple work orders. (sorry Im rough on my closet doors guys) They are always out making the entrance to the property better and all through out. This place is the best weve lived in yet. So many great things. VERY family friendly with free events regularly ( i.e. a petting zoo and fall hay rides), a fantastic 24 hour fitness center, friendly, welcoming staff, responsive maintenance and the grounds/units are kept beautifully. We stayed here for 3years and these are the best apartments we have ever lived. We have to leave these apartments because of we moved to other state for my school. The maintenance people are awesome, they were always there within few minutes to fix even the little things. Once, I had issues with my car battery and I called their office and asked shanon even I can get any help and within a minute maintenance guy Tom was there in front of my door and helped him to start my car. Maintenance guys helped us even in last few days when we got some dryer outlet issues while moving out. These are the best apartments for people of all age groups and their club house events are awesome. It worth us staying here and the safest place to live. We will definitely recommend this place to our friends and family.

I lived at Orchard Village for two years until 2017. The one positive is that the maintenance crew is very responsive and competent. But they were eager to raise rent at about double the typical 3% to 5% annual rate. I also had a very urban situation with domestic abuse and loud arguments and cops in the middle of the night which I could hear right through the floors underneath me. It took many weeks for an eviction to happen there. You can hear conversations in a normal tone of voice through the thin floors in these older buildings. Dont be fooled by the nice looking photos on the website. Its not that nice. Its pretty amazing they advertise these as luxury apartments.

Great place. The sweet girls in the office helped so much while I went through the long process of selling my house. They called me each month to see how things were going and even invited me to the parties. Now I cant wait to go to the first paint night as a full resident. I honestly loved it here! My apartment was nice and quiet, right by the kids park, and not to far from the pool. Nicole in the office is amazing! Theyve handled every maintenence request in a timely manor and have been very welcoming and friendly! Im sad to be leaving in April. This was a great place to live!

Orchard Village is by far and away the best complex to live in for everyone in this area. There are young professionals, families, retired folks...everyone fits in. The grounds are TOP NOTCH and the staff is AMAZING! They put up with a lot from me (lol) but Im a good resident and really enjoy being here! I have plenty of space for me and my daughter, the amenities are awesome...if you need West County Manchester/Ballwin, OV is the place to go. Fantastic community at Orchard Village, weve been there for a little over 6 months now and can truly say that their staff is always polite, kind, and willing to help, their maintenance team does an excellent job of fixing any issues within your residence quickly (they also keep the place clean and looking nice throughout every season), and it feels more like a community than a complex. Quiet, spacious, and lots of amenities, I highly recommend looking at Orchard Village as a potential option if you are planning on moving!

The leasing agent, Shannon, conduct is disgusting via telephone and in person. I have witnessed her prejudice/racist behavior against younger black women on a few occasions. If you cannot conduct yourself in a professional manner and leave your personal connotations at home then I believe 2019 customer service is NOT for you. Make room for inclusive agents who can insure that all housing laws can be abided at all times. If not, I will personally report this ill behavior to the proper channels until it is resolved. Thanks all. Please do not turn a blind eye to racism, fore, it has no room in this society.

We moved in and have been here for 6 months, Michelson Realty company has not handled to our satisfaction as the critters are still around at times.they seem to have made a home in our attic, and it seems that they dont believe us.It took a year for place to be decent.New management from 2 years ago, seem to be more responsive

I have lived in OV for several years. Like any community you have your ups and downs. I have had a wonderful experience for the most part. They are dated apartments, but the refurbished ones are amazing! They take everything out, from walls to the floors and start new. I suggest getting into a new one.I can only speak for myself, but the office girls work hard to take care of whatever comes up. They are people like you and I. They are not our personal assistance . They are here yes, to do a job. But just maybe if you approach them with can you please help me attitude, and not a my problem is the most important and fix it now!!We have forgotten how to treat or even speak to people. Maybe get your face away from your phone long enough to have an eye to eye conversation?? Girls keep up the good work and a smile on you face. You do have people who live here that think a lot of you!As far as the maintenance guys and my favorite person Pam. I cant say enough about what a GREAT job and how you guys & Pam go out of your way to say hello. Even if you are busy (ALWAYS) You make me feel safe, and the property always looks so nice. I trust everyone of you to go in my place without me home. I know youll take care of business and pet my dog.. Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable.You guys DO NOT get enough credit!Keep up the great work..

I love living at Orchard Village! The staff is so kind and helpful and the apartments and neighborhood are so beautiful!

I have been living at orchard village for a year now and it has been nothing but wonderful. Not only is there a 24 hour fitness gym but there is also a tanning bed, yoga room and computer lounge! The staff have been nothing but great and my experience here has been amazing. They host events almost twice a month for the community living here. Maintenance is 24 hours and has always managed to come when I call 10 minutes or faster. I recommend living here to everyone. Cant wait to sign another years lease!

The only positive thing here the maintnaince.I wish there was a negative star I could have given. The management is horrible. All they care is about looting money.See how the manager responds to 5 star reviews but not bother to see the concern of people who have had issues.I cannot begin to explain how disgusting the management here is. Im never coming back to this place.They will find ways to take your money and trust me they do not have well mannered people working here. They charge us 6000$ for breaking the lease because they leave us without any other option.Dont trust their nicest welcoming when u just live there.

After a very sub-par experience at my first apartment, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of both the apartment and the staff at Orchard Village. Shaunna was a huge help in getting me set up with a residence that was comfortable and within my means. Highly recommend.

The Management is so horrible! I had so many problems. They do not care, do not refund deposits. I complained of 4 months removing my patio wall with stone, drilling, dust, lost 5 feet of my backyard. They ran into stone. The dates of this mess 7-29 through 11-5. I was unable to use my patio for 4 months. No rent concessions and did not renew my lease. The pool is over crowed with people that do not live there...NO CHECKING! I lived at this complex for 2 & 1/2 years. The leasing staff is always changing, except for the Manager. She is ruthless and don’t bother calling Corporate. Very disappointed and do not ever recommend this Apartment Complex!

If there was half a star rate, I would have chosen it! I lived there for the past 4 years. The office is very rude to people (esp Shannon)!! They do not respect us. Multiple times she stopped my husband to ask him if we live at OV and wanted him to prove that we did or else we had to leave the swimming pool! Supper racist and un-respectful. They would not return my deposit ($400) because there was a stain on the carpet that would not go away! They charged $347.85 for that!!! In addition, they charged $40 because the drip pans were not as CLEAN as they wanted!! Now I owe them $77!! I am SO GLAD I dont live there anymore!!! Very over priced apartments and rude staff!! DO NOT RENT HERE.

My experience living here for the past year has been extremely stressful and the management has done nothing to help change that. We have had multiple issues with neighbors smelling through the walls, and Ive reported it at least 5 times with no change. We have also had many issues with fixtures breaking (in our brand new renovated apartment). We have probably filed upwards of 20 maintenance requests over the past 11 months. Maintenance is quick to fix, but it is disappointing when you pay for the renovated apartment. They dont seem to be selective on who they rent to.

I am hoping you guys would send me some sort of proofs that shows what is that we have damaged on the counter top that is 400 dollars worth on the move out charges. we lived in your community for 2 years and you guys wont respond over emails and on top of it you guys send us to collections. Totally unfair and Rude and irresponsible leasing management.

Very rude staff and never stick to their word. Dont bother asking for help or maintenance cause they wont fix it right the first time or dont show up at all. Every time we talked to the staff they made us feel like we were bothering them. 1/5 is too much of a rate for them...

Started out a good place. Office changed management. Make rules as they go, their word is dirt. Heat a and air crap. Mold . once you sign. They got you.

Very great place to rent in the area. I’ve moved here from MN 2 years ago for work and was looking for a top location to everything + decent prices, this place is it. There are many families who live here as well if you have kids w/ events all the time for them. Place is very well lit and safe at night. Parking is very good. Neighbors are nice, never heard anyone between units.Some more reasons:1. Management is quick to help with things and available- we had a maintenance issue at 2am one night and the maintenance guy helped us right away. The ladies in the office treat you like a friend not just another tenant which is refreshing.2. Location is perfect (Pretty close to 270, I work in Fenton) and they keep the grounds clean as well. You’re right down the street from Golds Gym and Qdoba/Starbucks for coffee addicts like myself. Fuzzys is close if that’s your thing too.3. The units are up to date and clean.4. Workout room is basic essentials, could use a bench press though. Pool is top notch too in summer.I hope this helps

I hope everyone who considers renting from Michelson Realty will take the time to document their approval and be very cautious about making plans to move in with them, because just a day before your move-in date they might deny you after already approving you and scheduling your move-in date with no logical business sense whatsoever behind their reasoning. Thats what happened to us, we were approved on a Saturday and the day before our move-in date, suddenly everything completely changed and only one of us was approved after having cancelled all of our applications elsewhere. If youre apartment hunting, do not cancel ANY applications to other properties until you move in if this is where you intend to live because the apartment manager apparently likes to change her mind a lot. Shame for her though, they lost out on great tenants and completely ruined what started out as a positive experience. After reading various Google reviews on these properties, Im finding several and similar complaints to my own - that information coming from Michelson Realty cannot be trusted. The apartment itself was fine, but the management was incredibly poor. The office is not accommodating at all, even after they ADMIT it was their mistake. After several issues, it was apparent they do not care about customer service and we left as quickly as possible.

Ive been here just over a year. Staff is great, quickly took care of any problems Ive had. Nice pool and club house.
