24 Hour Taxi Cab is the best! Way better than Uber or Lyft. Our driver Jose was on time, very helpful with my mother on her walker and even took our little dog Polito on an adventure through the car wash while waiting for my mom to finish her Dr appt. Polito enjoyed this emensely. Jose made what would normally be a very mundane drive very entertaining and we had a very nice time in his company. I would recommend this taxi service as the best way to travel when you need someone else to drive and I will be using their services again 24 Hour Taxi Cab rocks!!

The friendliest drivers. Support Latino-owned businesses! Bakersfield is so spread out that it does take a while sometimes but when you schedule a ride versus expecting one in 5 minutes then it works out quite nicely. The almost one-man show is courteous, prompt, and knowledgeable of the area. The cabs are so clean too!! Can’t count how many times I’ve gotten into dirty cars. Not this company! Thank you 24 Hour Taxi!!

NOT RELIABLE!!! I called last night, talked to the driver and requested a cab for pick up and the cab never came. The driver told me he would be there in 20 minutes. I then called him twice to find out what was going on and he did not answer. 24 Hr taxi service has lost a faithful customer and not only did they lose my business but also all my friends and family too.

Called twice and still being told hes coming but the first time was only 20 min wait heres 45 mins later....

Very unreliable would never call them again if you have a appointment of type and dont want to be late surely dont call them
